    Food here is always good! The service tonight was VERY slow. Waited almost 20 mins for our beers, both rounds. They said they were backed up, so we felt bad for them, but we definitely waited a long time for everything

    Great find! We were a group of 11 and everyone really enjoyed their food, even the picky-eaters. Ton of meat options, some seafood, and even a vegan Sammy that was yummy. Great service. It is a bit noisy because of the various sports games going on, and it was pretty warm sitting in the back of the restaurant (it was a very hot day though and they did have a portable A/C back there). They really helped us celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be back!

    Really yummy BBQ in a casual, fun environment. Short Rib Quesadilla was the perfect starter, and all our entrees were delicious! My Strawberry Watermelon Salad topped with a big slab of brisket was great, as were my dad’s Birria tacos and husband’s grilled cheese sandwich. Large portions-you won’t go away hungry! We’ll be back!

    Service outstanding, drinks good, ambience right on however the place has to get AC my god it was almost 90 inside at 5pm. Come on guys get it together will not be back until it cools down.

    The restaurant smelled like dirty water, as if they use the same water to clean the floors. The service was terrible, we had to constantly look for our server to ask for simple refills. Our food took an hour to get to us and no one was updating us after our order was taken. The gave us a complimentary bread because it was taking so long and it was BURNT. Some servers were stuck at one table talking to a family that seems like a regular and yelling and laughing at the top of their lungs. If you don’t like loud spaces highly don’t recommend, everyone’s conversations sort of echo in that space. Seats are very uncomfortable and they do not have AC, so it was very hot inside.

    Managers were great with us since it was getting busy and we were not helped for a while so they granted an appetizer. I think everything was great food wise BUT the New York steak. It was good, not great. Birria was good, brisket was good, and I’m pretty sure everything else is good but as a steak guy, I wasn’t the biggest fan. Maybe I just gotta go all out and get the tomahawk lol. Overall, 8.3/10.

    Made reservations, still very delayed, when you entered the place smelled really bad at the front door, asked for appetizers to come out at same time of meals they brought out before meals. Food came before our bar drinks we ordered that took a while to recieve. Sadly could keep going..

    Our party of 4 each got different entrees, the Brisket Grilled cheese, the pastrami sandwich, brisket tacos, and the Vegan sandwich. We all got the mac & cheese as the side. We loved the food! And our server was great, and even brought us a smoked pineapple shot because we had never been there before. It did get quite loud in there, but it was a Friday Night and very busy!. Glad I made a reservation.

    Service was the worst and the food awfully expensive for the quality. I’m a pass holder at Disneyland and expect wonderful service. This place was a waste of my hard earned money. I will be spending my money at Disneyland area next time. Pass Pass Pass this place.

    Very pleasant experience…. I met a friend to catch up. Julia our server was very low-key a md patience with our delay in making menu choices. Julia well acquainted with menu and made excellent recommendations. Kudos to the bartender. Our drinks were well made

    Normally the food here is fabulous, but when I went this past time the sausage was really dry, and the meat was extra fatty. The drinks are always amazing. And the service is always great.

    I have dined here many times and last night was the worse experience by far. I invited my family of 12 to join us for dinner at 530. We were seated at 540. Our server, Matthew, did not take drink orders until 550. We received all of our drinks by 620. No food orders have been taken yet. Our appetizer came out with no plates or place settings. The server brought out 3 waters for the table. If the bar is running behind, always bring waters for the whole table plus it was hot and swampy in there. Garlic bread was cold. I ordered the smash burger and it was super dry. The server did check on us once. The bill was brought at the end and no surprise the server did nothing for husbands birthday. By the way, we had a concert at 7 and didn’t leave until 740. Everything took so long. Worst service ever. I live a block away from here but I will avoid this place now since it seems to be going downhill.

    I had a bad food experience at Craft in Pasadena so I came here: a skeptic. I do judge any place based on my own experience. So this is it; rsvp at 7P on a Friday night. Parking: Horrible. Had to walk 2 blocks away. Brick & Mortar: In the corner of the happenings! Great location. They have ample inside and outside seatings. Clean and functional! Employees: Host = eh.. decent. No smiles and it’s a big deal for me, especially for a host. Server - Mario = attentive! Friendly and gotten out orders correctly. Drink: Only ordered 1 cocktail: Duck around and Find out. Drink taste correct! Not too much alcohol nor too sweet. Thank you for making it precise! However, they failed to give me a working bathtub nor new bathtub to purchase, though. Food: All were amazing! Their signature garlic bread was the best! Texas style smoked brisket (1/2lbs) Texas style smoked short rib (1.5lbs) Both were tender and melt in the mouth. I rarely impressed by smoked meat cause I think they were always a bit too dry. But not these 2 dishes! I LOVE both! The taste was mild so I was able to differentiate between the seasonings and the smoke! We also ordered waffle fries. Deep fried in perfection! Definitely will be back and bring my hubby!

    My friends and I went there early on a Friday night. The AC was not on and it was scorching hot inside. It was not a pleasant experience. Staff seemed indifferent and pretty unorganized - they were not professional from the start. I had told the hostess about our reservations but failed to check us in properly (I got a notification from OpenTable that I was a no show - but I was actually there). The cocktails were good and the only saving grace. Don’t expect the cocktails and ambiance as they show on social media - think more like any non memorable chain restaurant that serves okay cocktails.

    Great food and service! We had a large party and were sat too close to another large party, so it got a bit too noisy and uncomfortable. Overall, we loved it- everyone was very friendly and the food was delicious.

    Kimberley was great. The kitchen was not very accommodating with my Celiac daughter. They were unable to take their existing corn tortillas and cheese to make a gluten free quesadilla. We rolled with that news and ordered half a pound of brisket, which she loved. So we lucked out. We would come back if they could make a few more gluten free menu items with their existing menu.

    I made reservations for 7:45PM, I checked in with the host at 7:30PM got seated at 7:46PM I guess I should came in at 7:45PM. I had reserved inside seating but notice how loud it was and asked for outdoor seating (request was at 7:30PM) at 7:46 host called us for seating indoor :( not wanting to wait we took the indoor table. Ordered the $120 meat platter had everything except NY Steak, meat was very very salty esp the lamb. Only meat that was not as salty was the brisket. Our appetizer was delayed and our waiter comp us some quesadilla (very nice of him) and he was very attentive asking us how we were doing every 15mins (this place is very busy). Gave the guy a nice tip in spite of the salty food. Forgot to add the pokie appetizer was lacking the fish (but who order fish at a bbq :P)

    Food was great but there was no AC!!!! it was over 100 degrees that day and It was 86 degrees inside of the restaurant!! I specifically requested for parties to sit inside because I knew how hot it was gonna be. We would’ve been better off, sitting out in the patio with a Breeze. I don’t understand how they don’t have AC.
