Love this place! Great service! Excellent food and drinks!
Awesome birthday dinner with family. Food was terrific and service was excellent. Ambiance was upscale and beautiful.
Really enjoyed the experience. The food was good, and the server was witty and charming, with good banter with us all...... the down side was the time it took to obtain drinks, especially the 1st drink which we timed as between 15-20 minutes after we gave the order. For 5 of us, we spent a lot on the evening, with tip it was almost $300. But we had fun, and enjoyed the evening overall. I would recommend the venue.
Drinks over priced and small. Craft cocktails so not recommend. Too sweet and off putting flavors. Good was fine.
A week ago I looked at my credit card statement to find I was charged an additional $30 for my visit to Craft and Vine. My friend and I had eaten there on 11/17 and split the check. My friend paid her portion in cash and I used my card. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who assured me the problem would be fixed and she would call me when it was fixed. I called and emailed on Sunday and was told the office manager would have to fix the charge on Monday and someone would call when it was fixed. I have heard nothing from the restaurant and have now had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I have supported Craft and Vine since they opened and through the pandemic. My friend and I went in on a monthly basis. Update a full refund has been given and a gift card. The manager was very kind. I do recommend you keep your receipt and if you have a problem go to the restaurant as they are limited on how they can help over the phone.
Anniversary dinner. Charcuterie board was awesome. The cocktails were amazing.
I've been wanting to check this place out for the last couple years because it looked like a really cool spot. We took a couple friends from out of town with us. The place has a cool vibe, on the 3rd floor. We were seated promptly with our reservation. Our waitress was very nice, described everything well and suggested drinks. The food was pretty good. We ordered the Slider Trio which came with a Nashville Hot Chicken slider (big piece of chicken), pulled pork slider and a burger. They were all very good. The brisket eggrolls were very tasty as well but it's a very small portion. Two very small eggrolls cut in half (4 pieces). The 16oz Ribeye was really good and cooked perfectly, though the chimichurri sauce was lacking in flavor and didn't really add anything to the steak. The cheddar grits were great. The drinks were okay. I ordered the Fiery Mango and it was okay. The southwestern old fashioned was really good but also in a very tiny glass. Not a standard sized old fashioned. So they are a little skimpy on portion sizes food/drink-wise but they're good. I'd definitely go back to try more of their food and drink menu. They have a variety of infused bourbons I'm eager to try next time. Oh it's also very loud in there, just in case you're looking for something quiet and intimate.
Our waiter was very friendly and the food was amazing. The ribeye was cooked perfectly.
This place was a great find. Went in with good expectations and the service exceeded them. The dumplings were delicious, the house red wine was very good. Overall good experience.
We went on a Saturday evening and very much enjoyed our dinner there. The burgers were great the service was good and the atmosphere was was nice even though a bit noisy but again it was Saturday night. I’ll definitely try again
Great food, great service and a lovely setting. We haven’t been here for about 3 years. It’s changed quite a bit. I thought the whole experience was much better on this visit. The place seems to be run pretty well. We will definitely be back. The charcuterie board was outstanding. Great high quality meats and cheeses.
Food was great our serviced could have been better. We had to call him to remove our empty plates after sitting 25 minutes.
Great first time
We always have a great experience at Craft and Vine. Service is excellent, the cocktails are divine and the food is so good. I had the salmon and it was amazing.
Sat at the bar with our excellent bartender/service person Matt. Duck fat biscuits and gravy rich and wonderful. Great brunch.
I love this place, the food and drinks are great. They seemed short staffed though, we waiting about 30 minutes to be helped and were there for about 2.5 hours mostly due to the fact that no one came and helped us. We had one round of drinks we waited for another 30 minutes for and didn't received much attention. I think I'll avoid this place on busy evenings.
Food was outstanding but service needed help. Management good at trying to make right. Will try again
First time to dine at Craft and Vine in Roanoke. We were not disappointed. Our server McKenzie (sp ?) was great. Very friendly and helpful without being overbearing. My husband and I enjoyed our meals, beginning with fresh and interesting starter salads, then on to our main courses. I enjoyed the pork tenderloin while my husband loved the chicken schnitzel. The menu is not too large, but has a good deal of variety. The setting was nice, with a rooftop view of the sunset and a cool, casual vibe. Noise level was not too bad for us "older" folks. We were able to carry on a conversation easily. We will return to Craft and Vine.
Really surprised, did not know Roanoke, so went to TripAdvisor and this popped up as a potential place. The view at sunset from the 3rd floor patio was nice at sunset, but the food was excellent as was the service by Mackenzie. Well done, highly recommended.
Great food and good value. We will be returning in the near future.
Great service - great food!
Impromptu date night did not disappoint. Was looking to try a new spot and we drove 30 minutes to get here and I would do it all over again. Well worth the trip. We started with the charcuterie board which was perfect to start and the salmon pate was delicious, not to mention my favorite goat cheese was in the board and paired well with the fig jam 🤤. My husband had the redfish with grits and he was very pleased. I had the short rib and that sauce was excellently executed along with the root purée. Now my husband wants to go back next day and try the brunch 😆. We will be back for sure!
Another great experience at Craft & Vine. I make the drive from Dallas. I’ll keep coming back!
Colton did an outstanding job taking care of us. The food was good but the noise level was very loud especially considering we visited late afternoon. Poor acoustics ??
Great vibes, menu and location. Parking is difficult.
Some of the food came
We had a great time as always at Craft and Vine! Our waitress, MacKenzie, was phenomenal! We will definitely be back!
Delicious and great atmosphere
Enjoyed it! Great goat cheese salad!
Awesome restaurant! Very busy and noisy esp. on a Sat night. Kinda confusing where they are as it is on the third story of a Title company bldg. once you get there it’s great!
Delicious food! Shrimp toast was my favorite! After having that we ordered the rest of our meal- salad cheese board entree - unfortunately everything came out at the same time but we hadn’t specified. It was all delicious and we will definitely go back!
The brisket stuffed egg rolls were to die for ! Service was great, we will definitely be back. We only wish that they were open later .
Great food with welcoming environment. Staff was friendly and attentive to our needs.
Perfect local date night spot! Enjoyed the infused bourbon flight too!
Nice place with good food and drink. Great view. They have a small but great menu that is seasonal and a nice selection of drinks
Everything about this place is impressive. The menu is unique and everything we tried was delicious. The staff was personable and efficient, and the ambiance is hip but not overblown. Awesome spot for a date night. Our only regret was not being able to try everything on the menu!
Craft & Vine is our go to for date night. We always have incredible service and never get tired of the menu, beer and cocktail selections.
Awesome service, OUTSTANDING FOOD! We really loved the atmosphere
the service was very accommodating in allowing us to select sides from other dishes and have them with our entrees. The staff including the Chef, checking to see how things were without being overbearing. Just a very enjoyable experience.
Not the best experience but assuming this is part of the challenges of recovering from Covid. The food was very good but service and being out of stock on the majority of wines left something to be desired. I will be giving it another try though as I know what they are capable of.
