Always great food and Drinks! Service was slow but friendly!
Great food, service, and atmosphere. We will definitely go again.
Wonderful menu with each course expertly prepared and plenty of beverage choices to compliment each dish
Another amazing meal and drinks. Brought friends for the first time. Highlights were shrimp toast, redfish, flatbread. Short ribs and sticky toffee pudding.
Very trendy spot.
Sundays they have a brunch menu and not the full menu
Steak a little over seasoned. Overall service friendly, but slower than expected for a weeknight. Need more gluten free appetizer and dessert options.
Went for Sunday brunch. The food was excellent (ordered the shrimp toast and crab omelet) and all of the staff were very friendly. Dom, our server was excellent! He was Avery attentive without being in the way and in no way rushed us.
Restaurant is upstairs, so the elevated view plus outside upstairs patio lends to the ambiance and atmosphere. Large selection of Beers, and you can choose flights of 4 in lieu of pints which makes dinner more interesting. We just had appetizers , but they were well prepared. Charcuterie board was not exactly what we were accustomed to as there was shaved sandwich meat on it instead of sausage, but it was neatly done. It was a great place for meeting our friends. We had a good evening.
Dom did a great job taking care of our table. Attentive to detail. Food was good. Appetizers are good. Get the coffee hotter and you are 10/10.
The service was terrible. There was no host/hostess at entrance. Had reservation, waited 15 mins and finally had to walk up to the bar to get seated.
Very few people working and service was not good. Had a very limited menu on New Years Eve and still not able to provide service.
Overall not good - we have been there quite a few times but for sure was a disappointment.
We ordered a bunch of appetizers including the Fig & Pig flatbread, oysters, slider trio, truffle fries, and deviled eggs. The oysters were really clean and fresh. The truffle fries were cooked perfectly. The burger slider was amazing! The sauce was delicious and the grilled onions were the perfect compliment. I will definitely be coming back here.
New spot for us. Really enjoyed the location and atmosphere. Choose from Night menu and was very pleased. Will definitely return.
New Year’s Eve
The Manager truly saved our Christmas Eve Dinner!!! Thank you so very much for the personal touches and extra attention. My sons were appropriately impressed with both, your chef's magnificently pepared food, and your willingness to jump on and help out on a busy night.
Very nice Christmas Eve dinner with family. Took reservations, wonderful cocktails and delicious dinner!
lly enjoyed the food but the service was slow. I am sure this is due to the staffing issues
They were not that busy but appeared to be very short-staffed, which led to very poor service. Waited 15 minutes on first round of drinks, one of which was made wrong. Had multiple people tell us our food was on its way out and after 30 minutes it finally arrived. Half the entrees were cold, the other half hot, none of the sides had been substituted as ordered. They ran out of water pitchers for the table, ran out of grey goose vodka and bartender didn't even offer us another choice so we could have a second a round. Probably won't ever come back here again.
This place was so nice! We really enjoyed having a date night there! There were minor things but the wait staff handled everything beautifully so no complaints. We’ll certainly be back!
Great food and service. Definitely recommend.
Craft & Vine never fails to deliver the ultimate dining experience. The service is friendly and the food is always excellent.
We had six people in our party. We all enjoyed the food and drinks. The C&V Burger with truffle fries was delicious (3 of us ordered this). The outside seating offers a great view of Oak Street. Great atmosphere and service.
Hands down one of the best dining experiences we've had in a while. From the moment we stepped off the elevator, to being seated, the service and food was spectacular. We will be recommending and bringing back friends to share in our experience.
Great food and drinks. Will definitely go back. Its a nice place for a fun time with friends. Loud so I wouldn't recommend if your trying to be romantic.
Love this place! Great service! Excellent food and drinks!
Awesome birthday dinner with family. Food was terrific and service was excellent. Ambiance was upscale and beautiful.
Really enjoyed the experience. The food was good, and the server was witty and charming, with good banter with us all...... the down side was the time it took to obtain drinks, especially the 1st drink which we timed as between 15-20 minutes after we gave the order. For 5 of us, we spent a lot on the evening, with tip it was almost $300. But we had fun, and enjoyed the evening overall. I would recommend the venue.
Drinks over priced and small. Craft cocktails so not recommend. Too sweet and off putting flavors. Good was fine.
A week ago I looked at my credit card statement to find I was charged an additional $30 for my visit to Craft and Vine. My friend and I had eaten there on 11/17 and split the check. My friend paid her portion in cash and I used my card. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke to a manager who assured me the problem would be fixed and she would call me when it was fixed. I called and emailed on Sunday and was told the office manager would have to fix the charge on Monday and someone would call when it was fixed. I have heard nothing from the restaurant and have now had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I have supported Craft and Vine since they opened and through the pandemic. My friend and I went in on a monthly basis. Update a full refund has been given and a gift card. The manager was very kind. I do recommend you keep your receipt and if you have a problem go to the restaurant as they are limited on how they can help over the phone.
Anniversary dinner. Charcuterie board was awesome. The cocktails were amazing.
I've been wanting to check this place out for the last couple years because it looked like a really cool spot. We took a couple friends from out of town with us. The place has a cool vibe, on the 3rd floor. We were seated promptly with our reservation. Our waitress was very nice, described everything well and suggested drinks. The food was pretty good. We ordered the Slider Trio which came with a Nashville Hot Chicken slider (big piece of chicken), pulled pork slider and a burger. They were all very good. The brisket eggrolls were very tasty as well but it's a very small portion. Two very small eggrolls cut in half (4 pieces). The 16oz Ribeye was really good and cooked perfectly, though the chimichurri sauce was lacking in flavor and didn't really add anything to the steak. The cheddar grits were great. The drinks were okay. I ordered the Fiery Mango and it was okay. The southwestern old fashioned was really good but also in a very tiny glass. Not a standard sized old fashioned. So they are a little skimpy on portion sizes food/drink-wise but they're good. I'd definitely go back to try more of their food and drink menu. They have a variety of infused bourbons I'm eager to try next time. Oh it's also very loud in there, just in case you're looking for something quiet and intimate.
Our waiter was very friendly and the food was amazing. The ribeye was cooked perfectly.
This place was a great find. Went in with good expectations and the service exceeded them. The dumplings were delicious, the house red wine was very good. Overall good experience.
We went on a Saturday evening and very much enjoyed our dinner there. The burgers were great the service was good and the atmosphere was was nice even though a bit noisy but again it was Saturday night. I’ll definitely try again
Great food, great service and a lovely setting. We haven’t been here for about 3 years. It’s changed quite a bit. I thought the whole experience was much better on this visit. The place seems to be run pretty well. We will definitely be back. The charcuterie board was outstanding. Great high quality meats and cheeses.
Food was great our serviced could have been better. We had to call him to remove our empty plates after sitting 25 minutes.
Great first time
We always have a great experience at Craft and Vine. Service is excellent, the cocktails are divine and the food is so good. I had the salmon and it was amazing.
Sat at the bar with our excellent bartender/service person Matt. Duck fat biscuits and gravy rich and wonderful. Great brunch.
I love this place, the food and drinks are great. They seemed short staffed though, we waiting about 30 minutes to be helped and were there for about 2.5 hours mostly due to the fact that no one came and helped us. We had one round of drinks we waited for another 30 minutes for and didn't received much attention. I think I'll avoid this place on busy evenings.
