Visitors from out of town.
Great place to eat, food enjoyable for all including two 14 yr olds. Visiting from MA
Wanted to like it, but service was horrible. Continuously forgotten about despite numerous folks claiming to try and service our table. Food was ok, but service and kitchen issues were abhorrent.
Checked in with hostess 20 min early. Reminded her once we were at the bar. Good beer selection. We should have stayed at the bar. Finally went to hostess stand 10 min after our reservation start and eventually got seated. Our table was in sight of bar and sat empty the whole time we waited. We had a new waitress but other staff let her down. We ordered promptly but waited at least 45 min for our food. Salads and main course came all at once. Burgers were dry. I am a local and will not go back.
It was great except our food order did not arrive at the same time. Our guest from out of town had to wait for our order to be delivered before he would eat his and I am certain his was cold before our order arrived. Other than that it was a great visit.
A great casual spot for lunch or dinner that’s a step above the chain restaurant scene. Best part about this place is definitely the beer selection. Food is pretty good too, just not as noteworthy as all of the beers on tap. We’ve dined here several times, and after our last visit (which was lackluster), the director of sales and marketing reached out to us to make it right.
Went there for birthday celebrations. Our server, Michelle, was wonderful and tended to all our needs. Very pleasant. Food was good, my BBQ was a bit over cooked and dry. I probably should have asked for some sauce to add onto it. Sweet potato fries were great!!! We are locals and eat here often.
Needs some sound-deadening material. Hard walls and ceiling allow sound to bounce around.
We love Craft 31. Great food. Excellent service and lovely atmosphere.
Normally the food is very good, however we ordered the St. Patrick's Day specials and were not impressed. The corned beef was overdone and didn't have much flavor. My wife's Bangers and Mash was a little better, but still nothing to brag about. Stick to the usual fare here and you shouldn't be disappointed.
Good beer selection. Beautiful place. Very clean, good service. Ate the special Irish menu which was decent so not sure about the regular menu.
Good but we waited 1 hour for our dinner
Great visit with friends!!
Love the food. Pizza and oysters my favorites. Good service and attendant.
Had not been for several months, but we’re pleasantly surprised the food had improved so much. We were guided to sit out in the patio, I asked if it were non smoking, was assured it was, but there were people smoking outside and the breeze blew it right through the eating area. The metal chairs were uncomfortable for my husband so I know he’d never sit in the patio area. Too uncomfortable.
Our waiter was fantastic, great humor and very personable. He was very knowledgeable of the different beers and what to suggest.
I would just say that acoustically it was a bit on the loud side. Other than that it was a very comfortable aesthetically pleasing.
Craft 31 has an exceptional craft beer menu and a pub-style menu that offers a wide range of dinner options. The climate is upbeat, although somewhat noisier than I prefer. The service is always warm and hospitable.
Birthday dinner. When I made my reservation on Open Table, I let them know this but they never mentioned. Not a big deal. Their food is usually fantastic (especially their pizza) but this time no one (out of the three of us) liked their meal. The burger was cold, the pizzas seemed like they’d been made earlier and just sat there. We’ll definitely come back, just maybe not during such a busy time.
The food is really good. It is just a bit noisy if they are busy
Service was very slow. Took 2.5 hours to order, receive food and get our bill from the waitress.
This was our first visit. We all got the 2 course lunch special for Restaurant Week. Great value. All the food was fresh and made to order.
We ordered our food and It came out wrong twice, management was superior and service waa superior, Jacob being the server and Neil being the manager. GREAY STAFF
The waiter was not as attentive as I had expected. His professionalism was poor. There were times during the dinner where my wife I did not see our waiter for about 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile we were still waiting to place our order for the entrees. My wife and I had to speak to the manager about his job performance.
Thanks. We had a good time and the meal was very carefully and thoughtfully served. The tuna was delicious---perfectly cooked. The others in our party liked their meals too. Everyone agreed we should come for our next birthday (should there have been a happy birthday sung? on the reservation I was asked if there were a special occasion and I wrote "Birthday". I have also recommended you to a new customer who lives at Windsor Meade, nearby.
Yusef did a super job on the service side and the food was great as usual.
Beer selection was great. Burger was good. Amount for price was not great. Root beer chicken was dry. Service was bad. Length of time for food to come out was long. Dessert was overpriced, not good and took way too long to come out.
Apparently if you want pizza or a burger, its a great place.
Anything else.... i'd look elsewhere.
The salads that we ordered were unimpressive.
The spinach artichoke and crab dip tasted like it was just spinach and mayo... no crap at all.
I have had better meals at Olive Garden and other "chain" restaurants than I did at Craft 31.
It’s way too noisy.
Difficult to hold a normal conversation.
Great service-Griffin was exceptional.
The burger I had was excellent and the sweet potato waffle fries were outstanding!!The craft beers were awesome too.I would recommend to everyone 😊
Tried the restaurant menu, loved the caesar salad and tuna. Enough food to take the desserts to go. Wonderful selection of beers.
Prompt, professional service. Great server, very friendly and attentive. And as always Delicious food!
Much too noisy--seated next to a party of 8 celebrating a birthday.
Wonderful place!!! Can't wait to try the grown-up milkshakes next time!!!
Good food and service.
We were seated quickly. The service was prompt and knowledgeable.
Was nice to have time to stop in, took advantage of their Restaurant Week Menu was very good.. Wines were nice and our server did a fine job! Look forward to next opportunity..

First time for brunch - a real winner in good, service, and ambiance.
The service from the Hostess to the Waitress Katie was outstanding. The food was perfectly prepared and the beer was really good. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be going back.
Place is clean, employees are friendly and attentive. High prices for average bar food. I rarely spend $13 on a burger, but when I do I don't expect to pay extra for fries.
