   Beautiful night and guitar player on patio very nice. A rather large outdoor party of 20 was a bit too loud, but overall a good night

   The fish sandwich was bland and the batter had no seasoning. The presentation was good. The fries were good. I had a gift card that I wanted to use and the manager said it was for dinner entrees only however the certificate said dinner only. I came at dinner time and ordered off the menu I was given and the only reason I came was because of the deal of the gift card. Instead of just accepting it the manager refused and now has lost a repeat customer unfortunately. I felt that was poor customer service.

   We made reservations via OpenTable with a confirmation, only to be told they didn’t have it. I showed the reservation and then was told they no longer honor Open Table. They sat us in a booth in the bar since we had no reservation. Our service was poor and food received cold, since the bartender had to take car of all the bar patrons and a few booths. Bar was busy.

   Everything was fine, and the service was outstanding. Thankfully there was not a huge lunch crowd as my reservation was not received or got lost--no harm no foul. I would recommend this establishment to anyone who enjoys good food and drinks.

    I was not a fan of the shrimp & grits, it was swimming in grease. The mozzarella sticks were not sticks, they were deep fried thick cheese slices, they were still cold in the center & did not give enough dipping sauce. My other half got the smash burger which was good. The waitress was terrible, not very attentive. The 2nd beer we ordered sat at the counter for 10mins before she remembered it. When trying to grab her attention was ignored and she walked right past us. I'm always willing to give a new place more than 1 chance, hopefully our 2nd visit will be better.
