   Restaurant food and ambiance was good, I visited on a Tuesday, there was not a lot of people which made the experience very enjoyable.

   When We arrived, I was told We can only sit on the outside part of the restaurant . Because there’s wedding tonight. Seriously ,did they ever thought about calling and let people know that it’s only five tables on the side in front of the restaurant . Service was Bad . we even have to wait to get a water . Never going back .

   The food was ok.. nothing thrilled.. we had couples of appetizers the mc and cheese with crab was super oiled and greased the flatbread margarita was horrible.. it looked like they used a cracker as the dough and it was all saggy... first time .. if we come back.. surely we would try something else..

   Last time we'll risk wasting triple digits here (dinner for two w/ three glasses of wine). Waiter very nice but never available. Imagine having to pass the word that we'd like to see a waiter so we could order drinks? Then waiting forever for those drinks? (Excuses given – none meaningful.) Among other problems my entree had wrong sides. (Naturally had to ask someone to get the waiter, who was never visible and never came around.) He brought correct sides when I was two-thirds done w/ meal. Can't itemize every little thing here, but this wasn't the first time service was subpar here. And we live a block away, so we certainly would like this to be a regular place – but won't go again. And, most other restaurants would make at least a gesture to try to make up for its known, unambiguous mistakes, but not this one. Apology for this and apology for that but nothing taken off tab, no drink or dessert offered... nothing of any kind. Sorry but a very bad buy so goodbye.

   Horrible service/Food and no WiFi for customers. Ridiculous. Stick with Asian food...

   We have been to the Crabhouse several times. Each time we were completely satisfied with the service, the food, and our drinks. The Alaskan king crab legs are the best we have had anywhere, except when we visited Alaska. Check it out, you won't be disappointed.

    Food was very disappointing. Drinks were good. Special appetizer cost more than most entrees on the menu, and the server could have warned us. Pasta was over cooked and crab cakes contained several pieces of shells. This is the fifth time we have dined at the Crab House, and each time we had to send back part of our meal. It's a pity, but I don't think that we will return. This establishment has run out of chances to redeem itself.
