Seated 15 mins and had to ask for menus. Lots of staff chatting to each other. Food was tasteless. Ordered fish and chips but it was a case of spot the potatoe in the chips- mostly hard chipping. Won’t be back.

The food was lovely. The alcohol was EXTREMELY expensive. The service was poor, from the time we arrived, several staff members looked at us waiting and didn't acknowledge us. The waiter was cleaning tables around us for at least 15 mins but it took us to get up and ask him to take our order. Then when we asked for the bill and left the monies in the envelope, he never came back with the change or the receipt and when we questioned this (which took another 15 mins) he says he "presumed it was a tip". Very poor. No one came to apologise for this behaviour and the girl that met us at the door/manager was in ear shot of the whole thing. Disappointed as we had got good reports on this place.

I was recommended this place by one of my work colleagues but was let down by the steak. Unfortunately, my steak was cooked well done when I asked for medium rare. I told the waiter about this and he mentioned that it will take about 25 minutes to get another one over to me so I just ate the one I had.

Have dined here before, but this time was not wowed we arrived for our booked table 5 minutes after our time 3 menus and 3 wine lists were pushed into our hands by a foreign girl and we were ushered down to a bar in the corner., and ordered to wait. Bit abrupt i thought, food was ok chips were cold. Disappointed.

Myself and my husband went to Crabbys last week,food heaven.The service was friendly and fast.The food was top noch.The only criticism was the manager or hostess was giving the floor staff their orders infront of customers and she never smiled.

Fantastic customer service glass of processo and butlers chocolates for every mum. Follow by yummy food and friendly staff who actually talk to you and have great sense of humour. Surrounded decor very modern. Nice family friendly restaurant.

We booked a table for a Sunday afternoon and there was a mix up with the booking. The team member asked us to come back in 45 minutes and they would have a table ready. They called us within 20 minutes to advise the table was ready. The apologized and seated us and offered us a round of drinks. They really handled the mix up and we were happy when we sat down. The food here is exceptional. We had two children with us, one being a toddler. They had an array of great options from the children’s menu. And coloring pens and paper to keep them occupied. We all had starters and a main and all the meals were fab. The mussels in particular are mouth watering. Great wine list and the service is top notch. One of my new favorite places in Dublin!
