The entree came out before the appetizer…parts of the entree were left
Been here twice the first time was much better
Music was so loud we could not converse, understand our server or think. We will not return.
Had the lobster roll and it was delicious!
My experience was okay. I took my boyfriend for his birthday, it was his first time eating a seafood boil so he enjoyed it. I personally had better. Also I saw a TikTok that said if I referred the video we would get a free appetizer. After showing the TikTok to our server he was happy to give us the free appetizer but later the manager came to tell us they were no longer doing the free appetizer...after we ate it... so we had to pay for it. It was no big deal to pay for the appetizer but the communication was not good. Had we known prior to eating it we wouldn't have even ordered the appetizer. The server we had was great and brought out a slice of cheese cake for my boyfriends birthday. This mistake was on management.
Great service, Great food! Kane was our server and he did a great job!! Thanks
As usual, the food was amazing and always comes out hot. Took a friend for her birthday. She was craving seafood and you all were the first and only restaurant to pop in my mind.
It was my first ti
It was my first time visiting the restaurant and it was very good, me and two of my sorority sisters needed a day out. The service from my waiter whose name I cannot remember was very good. We were Seated on the patio outside it was a bit chilly in Atlanta but it allowed for good people watching and great conversation. Now let's talk about the food, we ordered several appetizers the calamari, the crab fingers, and the crab dip. The crab dip was great it would have been better served with maybe a chip or a pita chip versus the toasted bread that seems to be a little too crumbly. The calamari was just okay. But those crab fingers were the bomb. They had just the right amount of batter and seasoning on them. I also ordered a side of Brussel sprouts and overall they tasted great a couple pieces were undercooked but I took that off. My main entree was the shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits was a little more soupy than I am used to but the flavor was bomb. Very good flavor just the right amount of seasoning and the Grits were cooked really well. I would absolutely recommend it as a place to go. They have a nice drink menu according to my two sisters who are drinkers. I had an Arnold Palmer and my waiter made sure that my glass stayed full. And it's Atlanta so what's a meal without seeing a reality TV celebrity and that happened too so all in all it was a great visit and I'd recommend that you go and check out crab404. 😀😀😀
The crab boil wasn’t that good. I got lemon pepper and garlic butter because I was told lemon pepper alone would be a dry rub. I’ve had better. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. The crab was cooked just fine. It was the seasoning that wasn’t that good.
The food was inconsistent. Some hot, some cold. seemingly reheated. The country boils included corn on the cob that was just mush. The servers seem disoriented and disorganized. Had to ask multiple times for everything from plates to silverware to water and so on. The tipping is prescribed so no opportunity for anyone to tip less for poor service. We would not return.
food lacked flavor for the price, I had the steak and lobster and for the price you'd think it would be seasoned to perfection but the steak was very bland and the lobster had no seasoning at all just boiled being that they give you a whole half of lobster literally one would like to think that they would clean the lobster and season it before serving it to people .Th crab bag was very bland also, The only thing that was good to me was the buffalo shrimp. A almost 200 tab and the food was not worth the drive or the money spent I will most likely not return being that there is other seafood places that can at least cook a favorable steak.
Food was good, service was great. They have taken the Rockefeller oysters off the menu which is disappointing. The menu online needs to be updated.
Seriously overpriced and not worth the drive. Food was just ok but i definitely had much better. Atmosphere definitely could be better. Will not patron again.
The service was good for a Friday night as it was definitely busy. The crab legs cracked easily- always a plus. But the crab boils were served in big plastic bag and dessert was served with a plastic spoon. So overall a good value for a low country boil ITP but not the best choice if you don’t like your food served in plastic.
It was delicious!
Service was not good. Order a food and never received it. Had to cancel at the end because we were done with our main food.
It was Mother's Day so I will give the waiter the benefit of doubt for not checking on us often. Overall food was amazing!
Everything was amazing. Service, food everything! We enjoyed it so much. We will definitely return.
We have been to Crab 404 on several occasions. We went on Mothers Day this year and the service was terrible. The fryers were not working so no french fries or any other fried anything. The oysters were good but got ripped off with "market price" which turned out to be almost $40 a dozen. We will NOT be going back.
Music was too loud
Mother’s Day weekend
The crab boil was disgusting. Crabs were overcooked and they use this nasty oil instead of butter. Crabs looked old and very small.
It took a long time to get our food - no fault of the server. The food was mediocre at best. However, the lemon drop martini was good :-)
The noise level sounded like I was in a hip hop club not a restaurant. We asked twice if they could dial it down a notch. 2 other tables around us completely complained also. Then they bring the four pieces of bread with their crab dip and when we asked for more Bread, took forever to bring it and never told us there would be a additional two dollar charge and tried to charge us twice for it. Pressed the button multiple times to get the waiter so we can order our meal and after 30 minutes we just got up and asked for our bill. Then we noticed the two dollar charge twice for bread and a beer that we did not order on our bill. Asked for the manager but he was nowhere to be found, at least that’s what they told us. Bar manager asked what the problem was as I am telling him and he seem less than interested in listening, so we just left and will never return and will not recommend this place to anyone.
Everything was great until I got my bill and they added a 15% tip and I had already tip my waiter $20.
The food is very flavorful and fresh. I highly recommend the Crab Boil and the Strawberry Margarita.
The servers are always and kind and friendly.
The outdoor patio is great too!
We had previously eaten here but it was at the start of the pandemic so we had the seafood boil for takeout. This time we were able to dine in. Loved the decor of the restaurant and how clean it was kept. The owner was very engaging with the patrons and a very pleasant person. I observed him stop at every table to check on guests. Our waitress was great as well. The crab and lobster roll was amazing! Will definitely return!
Our 1st experience was not impressive. The lobster/crab roll:lobster was very dry and chewy😞. It was not what I expected.
Customer service was amazing however the food was not that great. The drinks were also very good and the bartender was awesome.
Great food, music, and service from Brandon!
Experience is always great! Go for the Lobster Rolls and it’s always the best this time I order a ceases salad with salmon and it was EVERYTHING!!!
Food and drinks were okay, but I noticed a bug was crawling near my seat right before we left.
The food was good but not spectacular. Our waitress was excellent and we had a fun evening.
My husband and I were out for date night. The service and food were excellent. We had the Arctic seafood tower. Absolutely delicious!
Great food! Loved the 404
Sauce for the lobster roll.
Food was great but the bar was out of stock on a few items... quite irritating. Tell someone to go across the street to the beverage store.
The low country boil was excellent, but the Calamari was mostly crust and had no size for the price we paid.
Overall the price was high compared to other places we eat.
