Good service, clean establishment, food just not seasoned to my liking, i went in thinking juicy crab but it’s different.
Food was good portion sizes were small but quality of food was top notch
First time here... have been looking for a good seafood restaurant around Atlanta and am still looking. The Pacific boil was slightly over cooked and the crab roll was small; the hushpuppies were dry and bland. For the price, I was expecting at least above average food but was disappointed. Not likely to drive the 44 miles to this establishment in the future...
We chose to sit at the bar we like to talk to the bartenders & other patrons. Unfortunately, our bartender/server was slammed. He had the bar full of ppl, the dining area or high tops in front of the bar & had to make all the cocktails for all the servers on the floor. He received some help, but you could tell he was overwhelmed. He was very polite and did his very best. The food was underwhelming, we ordered one of the larger “boil” platters, substituting in king crab instead of the dungeous crab. We just did Old Bay seasoning. The menu states any additional sauces were a $5 per charge. The shrimp were nice sized and easy to eat, they had the shells split already. The king & snow crab were good. No butter which makes a big difference to me. The old bay was very heavy handed, my lips & tongue were quite tingly. For $75, for the food alone, the portion should have been bigger. IMO
Food was great. Brandon, our server, was the best. We enjoyed everything about our meal.
Lauren was a great waitress
We really enjoyed our food.
Food and service was great nothing to complain about awesome service
Food was great, but tables were not properly spaced and staff/ servers wore masks down around chin if at all.
Safety precautions are a Bad joke!
None of us will go back
It was my daughter’s birthday. We had the low country boil, trout & mix grill.
The Trout came with Brussel sprouts but there were only a few. It was literally a plate of leaves & no sprouts. The trout was amazing as was the mixed grill.
My daughters boil had the mild sauce but it was almost too hot for her to eat.
Overall we had a good time & enjoyed ourselves
WHERE IS GORDON RAMSEY WHEN YOU NEED HIMThe only positive thing that I can say about this place was that our waiter was pleasant. On the other hand I agree with the other reviews that the food was poor quality. You are definitely better off going fifteen minutes up the street to Roswell and dining at Red Lobster or twenty minutes to Pappadeauxs. You also would be better off just going to the grocery store to buy frozen seafood and just cooking it yourself. This place is definitely a waste of money and it is way over priced for the small portions. I should have known when I seen their restaurant coupon on the back of my Kroger receipt that should have been a red flag and their discount on Groupon. Speaking on that, I was given their company card coupon from their staff and they refused to honor it! Such a bad business practice and so unprofessional! How did this restaurant even get on the Opentable site? I will not be giving this place another try or a second thought! THIS PLACE IS DEFINITELY NOT A NEIGHBORHOOD GEM MORE LIKE AN OVERPRICED FROZEN SEAFOOD FLAW!
The food was very good, had the snow crab boil.
Excellent food made reservations for a Saturday night was seated very quick. We had Scallops and Crab Legs cooked and seasoned very good. Had great meal and good evening atmosphere was very good also Thanks
I came here for my 21st birthday... our waitress didn’t ask if we wanted refills until we mentioned it. She never came and checked on us. The food was good, my only issue was the House Special Hot was extremely spicy. I tried my friends medium and mild and theirs was extremely spicy too. If I go again I’d probably try their garlic butter
The food size need to be work on. The value of the food did not match the price. I eat out alot and that wasnt the bang for my buck; however, the taste was alright. Expect for the shrimp boil- highly disappointed.
Fantastic time here with a group of six. Extremely welcoming and we had a great time. Crab is unreal.
There were too many staff members without masks. Very concerning.
After reading not so good reviews we found it delightful. Our server was fabulous as well as the food. Will definitely go again.
Service was mediocre at best. Waited 15 min for cocktails. Server never asked if we needed anything after someone else brought our less than average food.
She Crab soup was amazing!
The lobster and crab rolls are delicious. Our server was not very attentive but could see it was all of the waiters. I would definitely be back for food!
The crabs didn't come crack per the menu and we had to send them back twice.
Still working out the kinks of reopening. Our waitress ended her shift while we were still eating. Our entrees were delivered before our soup and salad. We ordered steam broccoli and it was served room temperature as of it had been sitting out. We want to reward restaurants that have chosen to open, but this was not a good experience.
Crab fingers tasted old and lobster on the roll was tough. We will not be going back.
I wish I could give them a good re
The service was slow, but it was understandable was this was their first day open after quarentine so we assumed the were working out the bugs of the new process.
Waited 30 minutes for our order to be taken. Then after another 45 minutes without a server even walking past the table we decided to leave.
The seafood was overcooked. The service was poor and everything was overpriced. We will not be returning.
The ambience is lacking. The food was good but nothing outstanding to drive an hour to get back to. If I lived in the area I would go back.
The crabs were amazing. The snow crabs were well seasoned, however
, the rest of the food was extremely bland, the crabcakes were super sweet (disgusting), my boiled potatoes were cold. The drinks were good. The lemon drop was amazing. It was cool overall, but, still prefer juicy crab, minus their wait times, sorry!
Server Michael and the food made it worthwhile. The bartender was late and we couldn’t get drinks
Had the crab legs. Loved Alaskan and Dungeness. Snow were okay.
It was a great experience with a few minor exceptions. They were out of crab claws and soft shell crab.
Worst customer service ever and no manager on duty!
We were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and wanted to try a new place. Not as impressive as expected. Appetizers not that great. Do not get oyster Rockefeller. Main course was good. We will go back, but not in a hurry.
Interior could be spruced up a little. Food good. Service good.
We had heard about Crab404 in the space that used to be Food101. Read the customer reviews. They stressed ordering the right things was important. All endorsed the lobster rolls. So we went with that intent. We can confirm they were delicious! Also ordered the crab cake appetizer. Also delicious. Finally we had a most personable and attentive server, Roe. He made the experience pleasant. So, those are the positives. In critique, the place had a droning background music going, was kind of dark and to us looked like Food101 warmed over. The caesar salad we also ordered was mediocre. And the beer selections were
not to our taste. The restaurant needs to enlarge the offerings with some dark ales.
We think going forward the best idea would be to order the lobster rolls to go and swing by to pick them up.
Good So amazing
Good food, nice that I live close by, will be back. The crab roll was incredible, tasty and very buttery. She crab soup intense.
I went twice in 3 days. Lobster roll is amazing. I would recommend.
