This was our second time going and of course it was as amazing as the first time. Their service is quick, the servers are always nice and polite. The food and drinks are always top tier. We enjoy everything about crab 404. We believe that this spot is hands down the best crab spot in Georgia.
good place for a date, the service was great . too busy eating didn't snap any picks
The restaurant is very loud. Staff is good. Food was ok but smaller portions for the price.
Everything was great from the service to the drinks we really enjoyed ourselves!!
The food was delicious, service was great. Music was a vibe
Awesome first time experience, will most certainly be back soon. Thank you!
Great food great night
The service and food was amazing!!
Service was sub par. Food was decent. Nothing to make me return for another visit.
The food was good but very small portions. The receipt states party of 4+ gratuity would be added but we were a party of 2 and unbeknownst to us we were charged extra. Be careful and look at your receipt so you are not scammed into giving two tips. Never again
The service was great, however most of the food listed on the menu was out.
This food is so HIGH! Now, I don't mind paying for great food but the fish had zero seasoning, the gumbo was tasteless and the boil bags were super spicy on medium level and not worth $50 per bag!! I've had better food and paid less. The staff was great though.
Tbh it’s over priced and the food not even good plus they give you small portions….never again
Staff was attentive. Food was delicious. My personal favorite items were the lychee martini and lobster roll.
It was probably the worst meal that we have ever had. And expensive as well. We will not be back.
First time trying this hidden gem. The king crab was reasonably priced and very delicious.
Loved the place overall...a little pricey but it wasn't just horribly overpriced. Shrimp and grits are a bit soupy so get a spoon but they were good! Substantial amount of parking which was cool! I took my 4 year old and it was just fine!
I wouldn’t recommend this place. Maybe on a regular night. Food didn’t taste that great and is very overpriced. You will be charged a 15% gratuity if you have a party of 1-4. And it goes up after that. I would recommend finding another location for the price.
Service was great. Food was tasty. Expensive but it’s seafood, so price was expected.
The food was phenomenal. Really enjoyed the waiter and how quickly the food came out.
I would absolutely return to Crab 404! The lobster rolls are AMAZING! Food was delicious and our waiter Caine (sp) was the best as he was quick and attentive. Can’t wait to return! I highly recommend Crab 404!
Love it .. service , food and drinks were great … appetizers were on point .. crab cakes are a must try
Food was delicious service was outstanding will be back soon.
The entree came out before the appetizer…parts of the entree were left
Been here twice the first time was much better
Music was so loud we could not converse, understand our server or think. We will not return.
Had the lobster roll and it was delicious!
My experience was okay. I took my boyfriend for his birthday, it was his first time eating a seafood boil so he enjoyed it. I personally had better. Also I saw a TikTok that said if I referred the video we would get a free appetizer. After showing the TikTok to our server he was happy to give us the free appetizer but later the manager came to tell us they were no longer doing the free appetizer...after we ate it... so we had to pay for it. It was no big deal to pay for the appetizer but the communication was not good. Had we known prior to eating it we wouldn't have even ordered the appetizer. The server we had was great and brought out a slice of cheese cake for my boyfriends birthday. This mistake was on management.
Great service, Great food! Kane was our server and he did a great job!! Thanks
As usual, the food was amazing and always comes out hot. Took a friend for her birthday. She was craving seafood and you all were the first and only restaurant to pop in my mind.
It was my first ti
It was my first time visiting the restaurant and it was very good, me and two of my sorority sisters needed a day out. The service from my waiter whose name I cannot remember was very good. We were Seated on the patio outside it was a bit chilly in Atlanta but it allowed for good people watching and great conversation. Now let's talk about the food, we ordered several appetizers the calamari, the crab fingers, and the crab dip. The crab dip was great it would have been better served with maybe a chip or a pita chip versus the toasted bread that seems to be a little too crumbly. The calamari was just okay. But those crab fingers were the bomb. They had just the right amount of batter and seasoning on them. I also ordered a side of Brussel sprouts and overall they tasted great a couple pieces were undercooked but I took that off. My main entree was the shrimp and grits. The shrimp and grits was a little more soupy than I am used to but the flavor was bomb. Very good flavor just the right amount of seasoning and the Grits were cooked really well. I would absolutely recommend it as a place to go. They have a nice drink menu according to my two sisters who are drinkers. I had an Arnold Palmer and my waiter made sure that my glass stayed full. And it's Atlanta so what's a meal without seeing a reality TV celebrity and that happened too so all in all it was a great visit and I'd recommend that you go and check out crab404. 😀😀😀
The crab boil wasn’t that good. I got lemon pepper and garlic butter because I was told lemon pepper alone would be a dry rub. I’ve had better. The potatoes were perfectly cooked. The crab was cooked just fine. It was the seasoning that wasn’t that good.
The food was inconsistent. Some hot, some cold. seemingly reheated. The country boils included corn on the cob that was just mush. The servers seem disoriented and disorganized. Had to ask multiple times for everything from plates to silverware to water and so on. The tipping is prescribed so no opportunity for anyone to tip less for poor service. We would not return.
food lacked flavor for the price, I had the steak and lobster and for the price you'd think it would be seasoned to perfection but the steak was very bland and the lobster had no seasoning at all just boiled being that they give you a whole half of lobster literally one would like to think that they would clean the lobster and season it before serving it to people .Th crab bag was very bland also, The only thing that was good to me was the buffalo shrimp. A almost 200 tab and the food was not worth the drive or the money spent I will most likely not return being that there is other seafood places that can at least cook a favorable steak.
Food was good, service was great. They have taken the Rockefeller oysters off the menu which is disappointing. The menu online needs to be updated.
Seriously overpriced and not worth the drive. Food was just ok but i definitely had much better. Atmosphere definitely could be better. Will not patron again.
The service was good for a Friday night as it was definitely busy. The crab legs cracked easily- always a plus. But the crab boils were served in big plastic bag and dessert was served with a plastic spoon. So overall a good value for a low country boil ITP but not the best choice if you don’t like your food served in plastic.
It was delicious!
Service was not good. Order a food and never received it. Had to cancel at the end because we were done with our main food.
