Despite booking and paying for the package our table wasn't ready when we got there. Decorations i dropped off in the day hadn't been put out in the table and misplaced! There were people sat on our table and drink spilt all over it. Despite this mishap we had a really good night and thought they had the theme balance and everyday music perfect.

Paid for the VIP area to celebrate a friend 40th. Unfortunately they were short staffed so no table service was available for us so ended up having to order at the bar where bottle service was not available. Very very disappointed and did not live up to the advertising.

Good night, the layout does effect the buzz of the place as if you are upstairs you are not in the thick of it. Get table service

Disappointed from start to finish! Pre-booked in advance a party of 12. As it was raining and there was a large que I went to what I thought was the VIP entrance. Greeted by the security guy who was very rude when I asked if I could go through the barrier to stand under the shelter as we were getting extremely wet. I showed him the booking on email confirmation (phone) and he refused to let me pass the barrier saying he had to wait for the person to come and deal with us. When we eventually go in we were shown to a table and told it would be waitress service. We arrived at 7.30pm and left at 10.30pm and in 3 hours we only managed to have 2 drinks each as the service was that poor and slow. Despite me constantly going up to the waitress and asking where are drinks are, she told me they were taking so long as there were so many spirits!!! In general, we made the most of a disappointing evening and all felt we wont be returning!!!

Had a really good night with friends only problem was we pre booked table but when visiting toilet or going to dance our table would be used by random people . The security for the seating area Was very poor I had to tell people to move out of out seats which then caused a bit of an atmosphere. The waitress did tell them for us but not all of them listened . I also would recommend more waitress service on the balcony as she seemed so rushed of her feet but was very pleasant and done the best she could . Apart from this we did have a good night and we will visit again

Great place, great vibe but the kitchen was not open and we didn't get any advanced warning! They did go next door to get us chips from the takeaway as we were starving and planning on eating there! Disappointing!

We prebooked a table paid £100 deposit we were taken to our table straight away, we waited a while to order our drinks. Whenwe finished them i had to go and find someone to take our order, then again we waited a while to have them when they came some were wrong the girls dancing on the bar i felt wete something that i have seem in amsterdam. I thought they would be dressed like they do in the film and have some kind of dance routine, not just wiggling there assets. To top it all i went into the toilet and they were shocking i have taken pictures ,tgere was one toilet over flowing and full of paper . And blue roll all over the sink untis , you seriously need to employ a toilet attendant

I had booked the coyote bar for a friends birthday, we had pre paid £160 for a table booked for 10pm. When we arrived there appeared to be a lot of people who had already booked waiting to go in! When the doorman was approached with our booking he just said aggressively "wait there" I explained we had pre paid for a table and we had priority over anyone queuing to go in! He did not care basically and would not let us in but people queuing in the normal line was allowed to go in! He then accused someone in my group of being aggressive towards him and point blank refused us entry! This was not the case and as you would appreciate we were all very upset as we were under the impression we would just be let in to enjoy our money already spend at the bar! Very disappointed by your doorman and his attitude towards paying customers! Table was booked for 10pm and we're still stood outside at 10.45pm! Such a disappointment! Not a bar I will ever recommend to anyone.

We booked for the Friday night by mistake instead of the Saturday, rang up and changed the booking to the Saturday which you then cancelled so we didn't come! Not Good
