Pretentious, over priced and average food . Dinner for three was over $300 and we left hungry.

We did a reservation late @ 10.45 pm, the restaurant offered it and as soon as we arrived to the place we were rushed to have our meal, here prices are on the top end and if they can not take a late table properly it would be better not to offer it.

It is a great restaurant with beautiful ambiance. The wine selection is outstanding and the service is very good too .It would be s perfect place if they added at least two vegetarian entres. The cauliflower quinoa tacos used to be delicious and is no longer on the menu

Food delicious and presented beautifully. Wait staff excellent.
The portion size and price point however is a problem and probably why restaurant not busy. They will need to adjust. Either larger portions or reduce pricing.

Coya never disappoints! The food is awesome and the service excellent. I love the old worldly look of the place. Our friends loved it. Next time I will take pictures of the food.

We are new to Miami and are serious foodies. COYA is a neighborhood gem and our new favorite place. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Elkin (host/sommolier). Fantastic, unique, and diverse menu. Incredible selection of cocktails and wines.

We enjoyed the entire meal. We ate early and were out before the noise level increased. Since we were talking business, this was a plus. We shared many, many plates and all were just phenomenal! Do not skip dessert, everything we tried was terrific.

One of the nicest place that I have gone lately.
Great service, marvelous ambience, great food and offering several different options according to your group and mood.

Highly recommended for romantic dates! The quiet atmosphere makes it easy to hear the other person, which facilitates conversation. The atmosphere is very unique and authentic - you might even be compelled to take a picture inside or outside the restaurant. Lastly, the food was well-portioned, so don't expect huge plates of food that you can share, but it's delicious and well worth the price.

Overall Great ambience and nice decorative setting. They are very adament about arriving on time, but needed to wait 30min for table and then got the worst table near the kitchen door.
After 30 min we were able to get a better table - although they had min. 3 tables (Center location) unoccupied the whole evening. Spend close to $ 400 for appetizer size portions (party of 3), will ml look for better alternatives. Service tried hard better overall experience was more average than expected.

Excellent overall service. Fine dining at its best. The service was immeasurable. Can it think of the last time the entire staff was so courteous and helpful. We were made to feel like we were the only guest dining at the moment and that is a key component in making a restaurant stand out among the rest. The food was delicately served. Some dishes were cold while others were just the perfect temperature. The ceviche was good but I have had better. It was nit bad by no means but the chef placed a delicate twist on them that I did not appreciate but it was still great. It is a personal thing. The Australian lamb was superb while the pork belly was exquisitely cooked to perfection. Overall the evening was a night to remember. It will definitely be in our spots to return to. By the way, if you are a drinker, they make the best Old Fashion I have had in a while.

All the experince was very nice untill before leaving my wife went to the restroom and in the middle of the floor there was a piece of the floor with a lot of small holes and her new Valentino shoes very expensive were broken because the heel get into one of the floor holes. Maybe this will improve it. Please go to the women restroom and you will notice.

Well Food is good, service slow! We showed up 15 early after getting stressed out by a Text Message, an email 2 phone calls and a voice mail so I said let's e sharp and on time, fine we went to the bar to have a drink so long story short they offer 2 table in the bar... I said I booked the restaurant after 1 hr from our reservation we had our table. Service was slow but pretty good all the guys who served us were knowledgeable, wine list is impressive but 2 of the choice where out of stock. So far if was. It for the waiting and for the slow service food is outstanding.

We were staying at a nearby hotel and found Coya on Open Table website. Food and service were very good. Server helped us pick dishes from the Tapas menu. All of the items we ordered were very good. The order in which they were served was not to our liking as they served the salad choice after several of the entree type dishes. Prices were a little high for the size of dishes.

Been hearing about Coya for a while now and finally had the chance to go this past Saturday. It is a very pretty place and has a very nice atmosphere. But as far as the food:
Waiter said top part of menu were tapas style to share for the table. We were 6 people. Each ceviche order gave each person not even a teaspoon full of food to try it. More of a single serving. Ordered several starters and they were all the same. Pretty much not even a taste. And btw, they are not cheap! Then the entrees were very expensive, small portions and came with nothing as a side. Sides were very small and expensive too. Food just ok and pisco sour just ok. Big bill!!Truthfully there is a ceviche restaurant not too far away and they have much better Peruvian food, for less money and bigger portions that you can really share!! Prob will not be coming back!
