Vey good. Excellent service. Great food😍
Great except the wait for the table took too long
Food disappointing - flavours and textures do not live up to menu descriptions. Wine very expensive with hardly anything under £100. Service excellent / cannot fault the staff. Would not return as not our scene and much better out there for the price.
Staff were fab went the extra mile to help well done thank you
Great evening as we were given a table upstairs in the lounge with live music and served by a lovely waitress from Sicily.
Great food and our waitress was amazing
Extremely attentive service, fantastic food, buzzy (but not obnoxious) atmosphere — can’t wait to come back!
As always the food was phenomenal!
Food good but not outstanding.
Put together really well though don’t sit near the Robata kitchen unless you also want a sauna while dining.
Great music and vibe.
Good meal. Can’t fault anything.
I’ve been here many times and it never disappoints: the bad, the music, the pisco sour, and the food is just great.
This time we ordered “tacu tacu” and were a bit disappointed with that dish so we won’t have it again. Other than that the food and the service was really good.
Although our waitress introduced every dish speaking like a robot, like she learnt a song by heart without knowing what she was saying. A more spontaneous and human approach would have been nicer.
the set menu is so so so bad
I wanted to take my family to this restaurant but when I got there they told me the kids were not allowed and it felt like a huge favor they were making to finally getting us in. That should be stated in their description that kids are not allowed after 7pm!
The prices are overpriced and the amount of eating is much
Lovely place , amazing food
The staff was not friendly and they did not let me in due to 15 mins delay saying that “the kitchen was closed” given the fact I tried to call them many times to tell them I will be 15 mins late. That was unacceptable and unprofessional to me.
Did not like the set menu. The food is too much and they dont do take away.
Beef was not good at all
Amazing service and food.
Good food but hugely overpriced
Outstanding meal! Great service. Met the high expectations.
Its good food
Best place ever. Lovely food. Very friendly and professional service. Tastefull and healthy food
The food was really good, but the waiters were extremely rude and offended by our knowledge of Peruvian food.
As a Peruvia, the food was not spicy enough and they gave us a really hard time when we asked for extra aji.
Really great experience. Ceviche selection was truly delightful.
very yummy and the waiters are super friendly and helpful!
Very nice set up, decoration and dining room. Pisco sour was amazing. Food was okay, not stunning. But what was most lacking was the service. Very nice people but lacked understanding of the Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant would gain by having “local” people !!
The restaurant is in a great location on Piccadilly. The service was very good on both the food & drinks. The food was delicious & flavoursome....well presented & cooked to perfection. We had starters, mains & desert all of which were sumptuous. We’ll be back & have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this delicious food.
Great quality ingredients but food is much more bland and boring than expected. I know that many high-end restaurants do ‘subtle’ flavours in order to make the ingredients shine, but there are plenty of fantastic restaurants in London that know how to do quality and flavour. The food here reflects the majority clientele - older people who need authentic, cultural flavours dumbed down for their palates. Service was good but the cocktails were amusingly tiny. Next time I want great Peruvian food I’ll go back to Pachamama instead.
We started so well; an attentive and engaging waitress who went out of her way to guide us through the menu.
Having decided to try the tasting menu, we were disappointed that throughout the meal we changed waiting staff continuously (and not just the staff serving our courses). This meant we went through periods of being rushed to being completely ignored. When we asked for a break between main and desserts, we still expected to be served the drinks we had ordered as a pre-dessert break.
At the end of the meal? The food was great, the service was hit-and-miss and then our original waitress came back to ask us for a tip on top of the service charge? A new one on us!
What could have been a great meal somehow ended bitterly. Could do better COYA.
reservation was at 10, we were seated at 10:45
Outstanding food. We’ll be back.
Food is amazing.
The worst service ever.
Amazing food and service was great.
Food delicious and service 5 star thanks very much
See u next time
It was great dining with family, but the price was not expected it was over price.
Very neglectful service and at times quite rude
Food was good, service was alright but they brought all the food at once instead of pacing the meal by bringing the dishes out one by one
Ask for Ilaria to be your server. Best waitress ever, helped us with our order which led to an amazing food experience. Everything was excellent.
