   Great service. Filets were amazing. T-Bone just okay. Brussel sprouts also very good. Great wine selection. Didn't have what we wanted, though it was on the menu. Gave us a recommendation for a great second option.

   5 out of 5 for my birthday dinner! We were very happy with our first time dining at Cowboy Star. Cocktails were amazing! I had a Old Fashioned but upgraded the bourbon to Eagle Rare, my favorite 10 year bourbon. Had oysters and Caesar salad as starter and the Halibut as my entree. Everything was outstanding. My wife had 8oz filet and salad, and we shared a Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding for dessert with coffee. Very happy with the meal and I highly recommend. We will definitely be back.

   Amazing meal for our Anniversary Dinner in Colorado Springs. Hotel recommendation was perfect! Treated special with a rose and Happy Anniversary card. Our waiter Cody was so very attentive! He couldn’t have been better! I’m sure we had the best waiter on staff that night. Hostess suggested we face the kitchen, perfect! Was a bit noisy when we arrived (a midweek night, was surprisingly busy). Food was amazing! Steaks were seasoned perfectly, crisp on outside and rare inside! Simply wonderful! Too bad we live so far away!

    Delighted at every turn. We went for our anniversary, and when we arrived, the table was set up with a rose and card signed by the staff. Service and food were amazing with little surprises like an amuse-bouche, experimental ice cream flavors, and the off-menu option to order Japanese Wagyu flown in from Japan. My husband has a nut allergy, and they were very careful; We had no worries that they would ensure he had no issues. Can’t wait to come back to try their happy hour menu!

    This was the best meal and atmosphere this year. The staff are amazing and the butcher had amazing knowledge. Their Happy Hour specials are incredibly affordable. My new favorite spot in CS.

    We celebrated our 9th Anniversary. The staff signed a card for us which was waiting on our table with a long stem red rose. The food was delicious and everyone was so nice! We just love Cowboy Star!

    This restaurant is top notch. The food is delicious, the service is 6 out of five stars! The menu is everything from best cuts of beef, bison, pork, and seafood. I had a beef filet and my husband had scallops, with oysters as an appetizer. All was delicious. As was the salads. The service was outstanding!!! If I could criticize anything at all it would be it was a little noisy as it got more and more crowed. Would definitely recommend reservations even on a weekday. You can enjoy a drink by the fire as you wait for your table to be ready. What an enjoyable time.

    This is one of our go to places for a nice and delicious dinner. This last time we were disappointed. My husband and I ordered a meal for two. Our order was not grilled to the level we requested (medium) and had to be taken back to the kitchen because it was mostly raw. The staff apologized. Our friends were mostly done with their meal by the time our meal was delivered. We felt awkward so we had our meal packaged up to take home. We thought it would have been a nice gesture if the restaurant would have taken some action for our inconvenience. Nothing. Very disappointed this time in the restaurant.

    I cannot remember my waiters name but I wish I did because he was AMAZING! He was super detailed and kind. He had perfect time management and we had everything we needed and more. The food and the dining is great but my service made my night.

    You definitely get what you pay for here. This place made my wife and I who are go go go finally feel like we could actually stop, relax, and enjoy our time together. There was NO improvement we could have asked for in this experience. The food was beyond what we expected and the customer service complimented it in the same manner.     We had a wonderful time here on our 17 year anniversary. The food was amazing and our waitress Becca was very personable and made us feel welcome for our special evening and she knew the menu well. The whole staff was very courteous and attentive.     Cowboy star is phenomenal! The steaks are incredible. The filet is like butter, 10/10 recommend. The service is phenomenal! Joel was an incredible server. The oysters are the best I’ve had and the deserts are decadent and delicious.

    We were seated right at a reservation time. The staff provided excellent service! The food was delicious and came out, hot and prepared perfectly. And of course, their bread pudding dessert which is our favorite, was amazing! They also offer a French press coffee, which really adds to the the desert experience. besides the food, being outstanding, it was the staff that makes the experience really enjoyable!

    Food was excellent - the filet and the strip respectively were fantastic. Wedge salad wasn't too "big" it was perfectly sized for an appetizer salad, the mac and cheese as a side worked well as another appetizer - it wasn't out-of-this-world, but was very solid. The staff was kind and attentive and was very supportive of us being there celebrating a special occasion - they went above and beyond. The prices were very reasonable for how good the food was.

    We had a great time at Cowboy Star! Our waiter Chris was wonderful and the whole team was incredible. Service was outstanding because of how knowledgeable they were. The food was also delicious including drinks and wine. The espresso martini was one of the best I’ve ever had. We will come again next time we are in town!

    We were impressed. It had been a couple years since the last time we visited (COVID, etc.), but our experience could not have been better. The food was amazingly good, the service, top-knotch and they paid special attention to every detail. We highly recommend it.
