Salad Bar Only
30 item salad bar and 6 hot Brazilian dishes
Took my wife and mother for Mexican Mother’s Day (may 10th) we get there and had an 8pm reservation we got our table pretty fast and the waitress was very friendly and brought our drinks in a timely manner but we waited about 30 minutes to get the first cut of meat brought to the table with was brisket and it was alright. Than we waited again for gaucho for like an other 20 minutes and brought us chicken wings. At that time I was already mad so I asked the waitress if she could please bring us some picanha and they brought it out and we all get a slice but my mom wanted hers well done so the gaucho toll us that I’ll be back. We wait and nothing then a gaucho come with the grilled pineapple and we wave at him and he acknowledges us but goes by us and never come back at the point I told the waitress just to give us our check so we could leave and she was very friendly and had a good attitude but the over all experience was very disappointed I don’t think I am ever going back ever. That was my first time there and I was very disappointed. We ended up stoping by McDonald’s on the way back home because we didn’t get to eat much at the restaurant.
Best dining experience! Our waitress was the best!
Food was okay. Nothing great. Some had an exotic, interesting flavor, some were too salty. The pork was tough. Most of the meats were not steak. The highlight for me was the shrimp on the salad bar.
They were great from start to finish. Meats were outstanding and when we requested a particular cut, they were happy to provide.
I purchased a Groupon for this restaurant and it was a steal! The environment is perfect for a date nigh and the food is on point with fine dining. I loved our waitress and the staff was very friendly. Will definitely be going back!! Highly recommend. Ps. Complimentary parking is across the street at the funeral home. :)
I expected so much more, they advertise all these different meats. Chicken, maybe four different kinds of steak, sausage and ribs. No, I wasn’t impressed. Servers and host very friendly but management did not even acknowledge us until we were leaving.
We frequent Cowboy Brazilian. It is generally quite good, but on this particular night the service was very slow. However, the food was still very good, except that there were no fried bananas.
The food was excellent, and the service was very good. The only distraction from an otherwise perfect evening was the noise level.
This place was a bit pricier than all the other places we’ve visited. So far though, the only churrasco that did not have feijoada on the bar? Brasil’s most popular dish.
Very disappointing, especially for the price. The gauchos came by the table with meat before we were ready (red cards were up). The rice was too salty, as were several of the meats. Once our green cards were up, the gauchos rarely came by the table, and it took a long time for any of them to come by with filet, even though we asked several times. And the dessert was also poor. I can't imagine why this place is still doing business.
Overall dinner was good.
The meats were flavorful and cooked to desired temperatures. The gauchos seemed to disappear every now and then.
Our server was ok. Just not as attentive as we would have liked.
For that eclectic getaway meal. Great with a bottle if wine. Justsay'n......D
From the moment we stepped inside we felt welcomed. The dining area was nice(it got a little noisy around 6:30, but that’s to be expected and it still didn’t interfere with our meal or conversation.) They kept a near constant rotation of the meats, and made sure to check in often to refill our drinks or ask if there was any special meat we were wanting. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and fast with service and a genuine joy to be served by. This place will definitely be a common meal plan for us!
food was delicious, server Andrea was great and our plates were never empty. The bar seemed to be a little slow, but it was a Saturday night and only one bartender so understandable.
Everything was amazing! So delicious! We will definitely visit again when we are in the area!
Excellent food and service. Fresh and well presented salad bar and sides. Meat variety was as advertised and awesome. The garlic steak, bacon wrapped filet and lamb were our favorites. Had a nice bottle of Zinfandel for $25. They have a full bar and decent wine list that has affordable options. The gauchos came around frequently and were friendly and jovial. Highly recommend for special occasions and date night.
Very nice place for a date or any special occasion.
First time at this restaurant! I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouses. This one was okay. I had to keep asking for lamb which is my favorite. I told them ahead of time that is was and it still took 45 mins to get one. It got to the point I had to ask every server when the lamb was coming. When they brought it out, they walked past our table twice as I tried to flag them down, but they went to the same table each time. I was a very disappointed because it was my mom’s 50th birthday and we had to sing to her ourselves, even though the waiters sang “Happy Birthday” to someone else right afterwards. I wanted to treat my mom to a bottle of wine, so she asked for an Italian pinot grigio, but they gave her a California wine that she did not enjoy, and it happened to be the most expensive bottle. I doubt I will return to this one. Leblon Steakhouse in Greensboro, NC was much better in my experience.
As always it was great, food, service, etc, however the filet minion only made to the table once.
Wow! Really disappointed. I am Brazilian and I’ve been to a few of these. To start there was not fejuada.. a staple in Brazilian food.. the caipirinha was awful just like juice! All the drinks I ordered was pretty juicy.. like barely any alcohol. The floors we slick! When the meal was coming to an end.. the waitress started cleaning and said she needed to close up bc she need to close down and go. Will never return!
Food was delicious, service was prompt and the meats were mouth watering good, drink menu was large, defiantly worth the time and money.
Awesome as usual We have been here several times and have never been disappointed.
Great experience, nice waiter he made sure drink was filled and made sure we got the meats we requested for. Will be back soon
Food is good. The garlic steak was one of my favorite. The lamb chops are by request. We only got to taste it once, when I asked for more the gaucho rolled his eyes and walked away. Needless to say I never got my second order. If you like them order several from the beginning and ask for medium cook, mine was overcooked. I ended paying more than expected because of a mistake of the staff but the manager didn’t want to recognize it. Those two bad experiences made me disappointed about coming back. The waitress was nice and attentive. Made some good recommendations and overall the food is ok. Not the best, I liked way more Chima in Charlotte, but it’s ok for a more affordable and local option. They don’t have parking -or we were not advise of it - so we ended paying for parking a near by public space.
Salad bar was great hot bar also good I thought the meat was tough and didn’t have a great taste was really expecting more also we only saw about 8 meats kinda felt rushed to leave
This was our first time eating here since the pandemic hit, we were so disappointed. When we have friends in town or have a special occasion this is usually our go to. The meats were not that impressive, brisket and top sirloin were the best! Side dishes were pretty good. Pineapple was delicious. Brazilian cheese bread was extremely hard. Service was pretty average. When we pay prices like this we expect top notch food and service.
Waste of money unless you only want the salad or hot bar! The staff offering the meats were few and far between.
Salad bar has a lot of items but none that most people would eat. With over 30 items on salad bar only ate 3. Plenty of good meat, however all the beef is cooked rare. Once you go to salad bar by the time the meat comes around hot bar items are cold.
Great service, you can request a specific cut if you have a favorite from the ones they have. It was awesome.
It was amazing, My boyfriend and his friends loved and had an amazing time. Not only that he came home so full. Lol
Your salad bar was very good. The sirloin steak was tough. The only meat I liked was the fillet minion and the lamb which was excellent. Overall the restaurant was great and I would recommend it at least once. You could not ask for staff to be any more friendly or efficient.
Friendly staff. Good selection of meats and timing between service. The salad bar is ok. The mushrooms were cold even though they were a hot option. Drinks were good.
Great food , Great Service , great drinks. What’s not to like !?
The salad bar and hot dishes were good. The ambience was not what I was expecting. Very much what I would expect with a high end seafood restaurant. I prefer booths and did not care for the "out there" seating options.
My disappointment is with the meat selections. The filet was leather-like. Very, very overdone as was all beef options. I had a difficult time justifying the price of the meal given the quality. For my husband's birthday outing, we narrowed our choice of restaurants to two, Cowboys or Ryan's Steakhouse. For the money and the quality, I will go to Ryan's next time.
One a very positive note, my Lemon Drop Martini was perfection.
Service was terrible, we had to ask for food constantly. We had to wait around 40 minutes for the next meat round. Our waitress ignored us several times. and we were charged 20% of gratuity, Extremely expensive for such a bad service. We were very disappointed.
The food was tasty and there was a great selection, as always. Our server was excellent, she was on top of refilling our drinks and made sure we got the types of meats we wanted most. We used a Groupon so we really got our money's worth. Always a good place for a special occasion.
Food was amazing, everything tasted so good! It was my birthday and my fiancé let them know and they came to sing happy birthday and gave me some cheesecake.
This was our third time here. We brought my dad and step mom for his birthday and it was their first time. Never disappointed here. Great service! Great food!! Great value!!
Taylor was excellent but the gauchos barely came to our table tucked back in the corner. Very disappointed that we had to wait at least 15 minutes with our card on green for the first gauchos to come then about 15 more minutes for the next. My husband was the Gm of Texas de Brazil and it should NEVER be this way. Our server did her best to fix the problem but they just never came to us in spite of her efforts.
