Cowboy Brazilian Steakhouse - North Charleston
Great food. Great value. Great service
Favorite place to eat when our wallets and diets can afford it. Friendly staff, excellent food. Always leave full.
Great value for the money and the food was great. We were disappointed in the atmosphere. Parking lot was awful and inside felt like a BBQ joint.
We had very good time and Enjoyed the dinner.
Food was very good. My kids loved it.
Overpriced for just ok food. Meat did not have any taste or seasonings.
I’ve never ate T a restaurant where I enjoyed every bite of food I consumed. I must say I’m looking forward to returning
Very nice place for a great meaty dinner. Everything was hot, tasty, and filling.
Excellent food and service. Was seated an hour ahead of our reservation and the food was perfect all around.
Great food! Very pleasant place to eat. Lots of food for one price.
There was almost NO wait, the presentation was outstanding, and the flavors are amazing. Me and my love will definitely be back. Perfect date spot.
The salad bar and hot bar were fantastic(A++)! They have disposable food gloves that allow guests to serve themselves and also require guests to wear face masks to the bar. The tables are too close together, especially when they sat a large party near our table. Service was very slow since and we waited awhile for drink refills. There were only 2 servers working because guests were seated at the same time. The biggest disappointment of the night was the meat. We love to travel and have eaten at several Brazilian steakhouses. This experience was subpar to say the least. At table side the meat was cut too thick therefore certain cuts of meat did not have a good taste. Other cuts were not seasoned properly, and the pineapple came out cold:(The flavor of the meat was not consistent during our meal. There were only a few cuts of meat that tasted good throughout our meal... the flank steak, bacon wrapped chicken, and Picanha. For the experience we had, I think it's overpriced. If you aren't a big salad lover the meat isn't enough to justify the price. If you want a great salad bar...please go here you won't be disappointed. If you are looking for an authentic Brazilian steakhouse experience, look up Chama Brazilian steakhouse or Fogo de Chao...you truly get what you pay for:)
This is the second time we’ve been there. Each of these times the food has been terrific service outstanding and a great value for the money.
It was the first that we went to this restaurant to celebrate Father’s Day, the people were nice except that we noticed that there was segregation among races . They put white people on one side and black people on the other side which made us uncomfortable also since there were 4 of us we had a small table while party of 2 had a bigger table. Meat was so dry that I have to dip it into some kind of soup to make it juicy
Wish they would have walked around with more food, paid $100 for dinner and only got about $15 worth of meat walked around before they stopped making it
Went once restaurants finally slowly re-opened back up after Covid-19 lock down. It was definitely a bit different than what I was used to for a Brazilian steakhouse with all the social distancing guidelines but the service was still top notch and the food was good. Wish the bar was opened as the variety was limited.
Best part was our sweet tea.
We were very excited to try this experience for our birthdays. Most the meat was so dry, and the sides tasted like instant food I could throw together. It was absolutely not worth $100 for two people. The restaurant itself was not what we expected either. Definitely will not be visiting here again.
Just a terrific experience. We will come back again.
The post pandemic service I think took away from what the normal experience is like. I would like to go back when things are normal to see if the experience is better.
The service was horrible. The meat servers were good. They stopped coming around to soon. We ordered the sides and only received a few of them not all of them. Order sides again and never received them. We had no tea for half of our meal and would have to ask for refills when we would see someone who could do it,
The service was good but the food had no flavor. Not worth the money for plain food.
Every time that we have been there, the food and service have been excellent. In the post civic era, the salad bar is gone, but they bring salads and appetizers to you. Still a great place to go for a fantastic meal!
We will come back after the social distancing. It wasn’t worth it this go around
One of our favorite restaurants. The salad bar is amazing too.
It was a great experience! Pleasant staff. Nice atmosphere.
Most of the meats were well done.... hardly ate any meat but flank
One meat server would not serve us. He would serve the tables around us but not us (the coaster was on green). We had to speak with the waitress in order for him to serve us. The experience was not good. We will not be going there again.
Was an okay Brazilian Steakhouse...not stellar. The quality of the food was average. Service was great. The facility itself looks as though neglected for years. I will not return.
After making the initial reservation more people were added to our party. I called back and told whoever was answering phones that we would be having 11 instead of 8 people. She said it was no big deal and she would add it to our reservation.
Once we got there they made it like I had never told them to change it and like it was a really big deal to add another table and like we were causing them this huge amount of work to add another table. They told us that it was a packed house that night. Well the “packed house” reservations around our table didn’t even show up until over an hour after we got there. We were there for 2 hours and 40 minutes. We would have been in and ready to leave after 1.5 hours after arrival but waited for service most of the time we were there. We never really knew who the server was and it was like a huge inconvenience to get drinks refilled. The serving staff just seemed like everything was a big imposition. My service I expect when paying $115 per couple.
The food was amazing as always. They were out quickly and often. But the service really threw off our experience.
The food was wonderful and there was an outstanding variety to choose from. The meat was tasty and tender and the salad bar was amazing as well.
Needed more staff. Waitress could not keep up with drink needs and table attention needed. Food was excellent. Room layout food/tables could be improved (need interior designer). Seating was cheap based on quality of experience.
We really enjoy trying different Brazilian steakhouses so we were excited for our family dinner on our trip to’North Charleston. The people who served the meats and pineapple were wonderful. Attentive, asked what we would like to try and provided it. The only real problem was our waitress. We had other servers helping with drink refills etc because she was very busy socializing. The other locations we have been to have been a little better maintained and in nicer areas. Overall though it was a good experience. We definitely left full!
Service was friendly but extremely slow. Food did not seem very fresh, possibly because there weren’t a lot of people there. Probably won’t go back with so many other options around.
Our server was awesome and the entire staff was friendly.
Excellent food, and service. Highly recommend. Every single item we had was perfectly seasoned, and fresh. I'm going back soon.
A nice restaurant that offered many cuts of meats and a great salad bar. We will definitely be going back!
outstanding dinner and good ambiance. Looking forward to next time!!
This is a nice restaurant. It definitely is a quiet romantic spot. Will be back.
The persons at cashier desk needs training how to talk customers.
We went for Valentines Day. Food was really good. Service was excellent!
Food was amazing
