Foods pretty good but the service is poor the staff are too busy chatting or are not very observant ask for your order as soon as you sit down but then after food is served don’t attend the table to see if you want anymore drinks etc

We arrived only to be advised that they do not have any dealings with Open Table. Luckily they were able to accommodate us, but no thanks to Open Table. Question is why have I got a confirmation number for a non existent reservation and what would have happened had they been busy?

All I can say is what a shame, the restaurant has been refitted to a high standard, lovely decor, the rest does not match this. On entering gave my name to the waitress who asked if I had booked online if I had they hadn't charged the ipad so didn't know who was coming , good job there was lots of tables, we are seated a table for 6 but they didn't clear the other 2 places so our table was full of glasses and cutlery.Starters were ok, mains not so all food served on cold plates so the food was cold, one of the party asked for jacket potato instead of chips waitress said she would check never came back, the meal was served with chips, we sent back to have mash as they dint have jackets potato? 10 mins later the meal arrived, informed the meal would be take from our bill. Order a round of drinks 1/2 diet coke a pint came, I just think the staff don't listen. Gave up at 10 oclock asked for the bill we were charged for the meal and the pint of coke and £9 management fee no idea what that was . Give it a miss is my advice

The restaurant has a great design and felt quite funky without being pretentious. The food was good and the service was great. Very friendly and welcoming staff.
