   Servers need to be more attentive - Esp, refilling drinks - Why do you have to request Salt & Pepper? Why not delivered with food?

   Had the pimento cheese dip, very good! Served cold and a good portion of it. Enjoyed the breakfast tacos as well, which was also a good value. The ambience is amazing, such a beautiful location!

   Server fell behind a couple of times - A delay taking orders after handing out menus - Did not come by table but a couple of times to see if anyone needed anything - Our usual server was not there -

   We had a large group here for a birthday lunch and had a wonderful experience! The food was very good, but the service is what made it special. The staff was very accommodating, fast, and friendly. Highly recommended!

   We waited about 30 minutes after ordering before 3 out of 4 people in our party got their food. They said the last meal would be out shortly. After another 10 minutes we asked them to cancel the order, but they said it was ready. Apparently one dish had been served to the wrong table, but they did not communicate with us to let us know there was a delay. They provided a discount, but overall the service was poor. Wait staff did not stop by to check on tables and a simple request to ask for salt and pepper took about 10 minutes.

   Server did not write down order and forgot my main dish. 4 people at the table and brought each piece out one at a time, so wasn't suspecting until I hadn't gotten my dish and my entire party was finishing theirs. I had to advise server that I had no food, he did not acknowledge that he had forgotten to put it in (he said let me go get that, but I saw him go directly to enter it in the computer), and never came back to update me. When he finally came back, I asked that he bag it to go, because I didn't want to make the entire group sit there and watch me eat alone. He then brought us the total, with no compensation for the loss of my experience. I then advised him to take my meal off the bill. Bottom line - bad server with no ownership for his lack of service. And no management came to apologize. The restaurant is nice and the pickleball is fun, but bottom line, service sucked that day.
