    This really is one of the best steak houses in the Roseville area! It's a quick 35 minute drive from West Roseville, and definitely worth it. My GF and I each had their petite filet (I had them add blue cheese crumbles) and shared their potatoes Au Gratin. Steak was delicious, service was great, and we'll be back!

    $400+ on a dinner for 4, for dry overcooked steak , no flavor . Even though it was fairly empty server took forever to bring wine a good 30-40 minutes after we ordered Will not be going back

    I ordered French onion soup without bread, but it came with bread floating in it. The runner quickly replaced it. The brussel sprouts and scalloped potatoes were lukewarm. The potatoes and ribeye were underseasoned, but the steak was cooked correctly. The red wine demi (which I have had many times before) had an odd taste to it...a spice like clove or cinnamon, which was off putting. The steak knives needed sharpening! Service was great. My visits to Hard Rock dining facilities seems to be hit.or miss.

    We had issues with our open table reservation. I’m not sure if it was in the Hard Rock side or open table. The process was simple & I got my confirmation email and several reminders but when we arrived, the host said there was no reservation in their system. Luckily I had all the confirmation emails and Thankfully it was not busy so we got in fine but it would have been an issue if it was a busy night. Otherwise it was a great night & food was delicious as always

    We're we're seated prior to our reservation time and received attention from the wait staff constantly. There are so many people working to prepare the food There is only a short wait for the food. The food was cooked as requested and was outstanding. The prices are upscale and are not for everyone.

    The lobster was great, but the steak was a little tough and a little rare, I asked for medium well. I think the price of the Surf and Turf of $80 was a little steep. It took about thirty minutes to get our food. Our food was not very hot when we got it. I made reservations, but when we got there they said they had no record of it. Thank goodness I had the confirmation# on my phone. Even though the food was good, I am not sure if I would go back. The prices are just to high for me.

    Made a reservation but I was unable to seat because it was a reservation for bar seating and they said it was first come first serve and they did not help it try to accommodate us, pretty disappointed. OpenTable had both options at the time of booking I wish I knew they were not seating bar reservations and I had chosen the standard seating.

    We always have a great time whenever we dine here. The host always remembers our favorite table and the manager always stops by to say hello. The food is always amazing and the customer service is on point as always !

    There were a few issues. The hostesses did not manage the timing of reservations and placed us in the bar. The menus and bar were dirty. The wait staff was overwhelmed and the steak was a little overcooked. There was a big concert that night, but the restaurant seemed wholly unprepared. The entrees were overpriced for the quality.

    Made a reservation on OpenTable to have dinner before a concert. Got to the restaurant and was told by the hostess that open table is not talking to the reservation system at the restaurant. Absolutely nothing was done to accommodate us and we were told that there was nothing that they could do for us. We ended up having to stand at the bar and order from a limited menu. At the very least we could’ve been able to order from the full menu and had our meal paid for by the restaurant since it was their problem not ours. Very unprofessional behavior by the hostess.

    My experience was got great. They didn't have my reservation, even showed them my confirmation email. Hostess aid there was a problem with OpenTable. I wasn't the only one. Still had to wait over an hour to be seated. Small bar, and they let people eat at the bar, so they had very little movement. Bartenders were not focused on anyone that was not sitting and dinning there. Waited over 10 minutes to just get a server to acknowledge us. We were not the only ones they ignored. Drinks were weak and OK. Once we finally got sat, took them over 15 minutes to bring us the wine we ordered. Food was good, but nothing extraordinary. Got there early for a leisurely dinner before a concert. Had less than an hour to eat and were late to the concert. I would make different choices if I ever go back.

    The food didn’t justify the price. Food was ok. Drinks were not good. Staff was not that attentive. Took a long time to receive our food and we were almost late for our show even tho we had over an hour time scheduled.

    Wonderful steakhouse experience. Attentive but not overbearing wait staff. Comfortable seating. Excellent wine list. And yes, the selection and cuts of steaks, including dry-aged, is incredible. Extensive list of side dishes: we carb loaded with the au gratin potatoes and loaded baked potato (may have weighed a pound). For dessert we had beignets with chocolate and strawberry sauce. Yummy!

    We’ve been here a few times. First. The staff has always been awesome and gracious. The kitchen can be spotty in its performance. This go round was a questionable Ceasar’s Salad. The dressing was great. But numerous pieces of lettuce had brown spots. We alerted the serving staff and they offered to make another salad or remove it from the bill. We chose the latter. The entrees came. My dining partner ordered the lamp chops. They were beautifully plated. She said they tasted wonderfully. They appeared to be spot on. She would order them again. I ordered the sea bass. It was cooked beautifully. Unfortunately the sauce was a mismatch for the fish. Quite a bit of heat to the point it overpowered the delicate fish by an ever increasing margin. The dessert —- almond cake —- was very good. We’d order it again. We like this restaurant and try to provide the staff with constructive criticism hoping they improve for our next visit. The restaurant itself is beautiful with nice furnishings. Staff is always friendly. Their beer and wine list offers good choices.

    Highly recommended! One of the best steaks Ive ever had! I travel the world and I can totally compare the world class quality. The staff are so warm and friendly. I forgot the name of our server but he had an excellent service, and so are the rest of the staff.

    The food quality and taste was very lacking. I also expected that the chef would have notified the waiter if an item included in a dish was not available. I would have probably ordered something else. It was not the best experience and will not be returning.
