Hotel pool bar. Exactly what it sounds like. Looked nothing like the photos online. Nice bartenders, good drinks. Downstairs W bar clientele was exceptionally trashy. Good people watching but probably a good place to wear your mask.
The salad came with stones in and the food was cold and very greasy. The service was slow and the staff was very aloof and unfriendly.
Upon Arrival it seemed Top Secret. I had made reservations through Open Table the check in security guy was asking if I was a guest at the hotel I said no, I am here to just eat dinner. My group of 4 was escorted up a flight of stairs and to my amaze walked through a giant pool party music blaring half naked women dancing near the indoor bar, was seated in the back near a closed bar . Unfortunately I had high hopes for this place I knew there was a pool party from 12-6pm. I had called earlier that day and spoke to a women who apparently misinformed me of the actual time this party would end. She had said its over by 6 all people in this party would have to leave, so I though great my reservations are at 630 it should be a good time. The reason for the not so good review is mainly because the restaurant was understaffed no waitress to serve us until about waiting 40 minutes . The fill in guy for the waitress took our order for drinks but we waited for 25 minutes to receive the drinks, so most of the time was spent waiting for service. I would have given probably 4 stars if the pool party thing was not happening that night , if the restaurant was fully staffed it would have probably been an amazing time! Don't go here if you are uncomfortable with half naked women running around and there's a party happening unless you don't mind waiting. I think in the winter time its a better place to revisit. The ambience is amazing. Oh by the way if your not staying at the hotel the waitress will hold your drivers license and credit card so you don't dine and ditch! LOL
Our server was amazing. I wish I remembered her name because she was so kind and attentive. The door guy on the other hand was extremely rude
Top notch establishment. Serving staff was very attentive.
Speakers were too loud for the amount of people in the space.
No one acknowledged us for quite sometime. Service was slow. What you get for the price you paid is not worth it.
Cottontail lounge would be great for late night drinks or pool party but DO NOT go for dinner. Received plastic forks and had to ask twice for water- which ended up being tap water in a Dixie cup. Food was highly over priced and poor quality. Waitress was very nice but diners are clearly much lower priority that bar goers.
Very trashy drunk, spring breakers no class.
I showed up after making a reservation, stood at the hostess stand for 30 minutes and nobody came to check me in and seat me (in addition to other staff members checking on the 'spin class' that was going on (possible event coordinator, manager, etc). When my friend arrived to meet me, we just picked a table, sat down and STILL nobody came to greet us, take an order, or anything. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere. I was excited to try a new (redesigned) space, but unfortunately this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever experienced... THERE WAS NONE!
AMAZING!! Wonderful food, drinks, and service!! Definitely would recommend to anyone for a good time!!
Horrible Service. The atmosphere was FANTASTIC but was unfortunately ruined when we started the day and waited 30 minutes for one round of drinks, and had to flag our waitress down to re-place the order, reminding her what we had. Then, 10 or so minutes later our drinks finally arrived 45 minutes after placing the first order.
