   Did not meet our high expectations? Very nice setting, good value, dessert by far the best out of three course lunch. A bit tasteless and disappointing since our hopes where high. Good value overall besides one glass of rosé that where overpriced, 380 czech koruna. But the food need to be better at this kind of place.

    Our appetizer was good, not fabulous but good. The ambience, mood were relaxing and sophisticated. Our main entrees , uneatable. We were offered a secondary option in replacement of the 1st bad serving but that was equally as terrible but more of a bland ,no flavouring way. Have you ever eaten something that when it hits your taste buds you immediately want to remove it and then you try to convince other people to taste it just because you’re in disbelief? Thats what we did. It was unbelievable that a Michelin rated restaurant could serve such food. They didn’t charge us for those item and the compensation was a Limoncello shot . That was not appreciated either because no one at our table likes that flavour. Maybe asking how they could of made our night enjoyable again would have helped. The lesson learned was not to dine there again.

    Great option for a special ocassion. Had a birthday dinner, food was good, but the service was excellent. Our waitress Marina went above and beyond, she was so nice and charming, explained averything with care and she even spoke spanish (the language we speak) and did the whole service in spanish, it was a cool surprise. Albina the sommelier chose a beautiful wine for us. They even got us a nice birthday pastry and candles, totally unexpected but cool. Everything was great, but the experience wouldn’t have been the same without Marina and Albina. The whole hotel staff, from the doorman, bartenders at the restaurant and the hostess were all very nice too! Its a very formal setting/decor but a relaxed experience.

    Four of us dined. We each had a separate starter. Two had Vitellio Tonato and said that it was excellent. I had the langoustines which were excellent but a very small portion. All four of us shared a 1.2 kg steak which was cooked to perfection and was flavoursome and tender. Served with roast potatoes and vegetables. We accompanied the steak with a Czech Cabernet Sauvignon/ Merlot blend was was full bodied and delicious. Overall we had a very good meal with attentive service and i would be very happy to recommend this restaurant.

    This was my first visit to Prague with my partner and it was his birthday. I emailed beforehand and requested a table by the window with a view of the Charles Bridge and they accommodated that which was lovely! The food was good, but my partner prefers his steak medium and it came out more rare than he would like so we sent it back and then it was perfect, however, the veg were then cold and we asked for them to be reheated. Despite this, it was lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful or polite. They even brought out a little 'happy birthday' desert plate for my partner which was thoughtful.

    We celebrated our 25 anniversary there last night and did the 7 course wine pairing meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The wines paired well with each dish. Our waiters were very knowledgeable and attentive to our experience.

    I booked a dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday during our trip to Prague. Spectacular location, excellent food and amazing staff. We couldn't fault anything. The setting was so romantic and the waitor went above and beyond to make our dinner special. My husband loved the place and the wine suggestions, so it was a super successfull surprise :) thank you

    So crazzy expensive for low quality of food. Witers spoke with me english even im czech person. Then they alow babys and children for dinner. Totaly anoing. Resturant you pay 300 euro for dinner and there was screaming children and babyes next door table seriously?! This shouldnt be even michelline guide. No watter on the table. No salt no peper. All you need to usk. Waiting for the bill like 10 minits . Need to usk 2 times. Worst spending money.

    Wonderful Food at the Four Seasons - small on portion on the main course but quality was high; annoyingly there was a woman on a table near us and who talked on the phone several times during the meal and was so so so loud it ruined the evening

    If you expect the immaculate service at the 5 stars Italian restaurant belonging to Four Seasons, then don’t. The fantastic location, decor, ambiance and really delicious food was dampened by junior and not properly trained wait staff… who are biased and don’t pay any attention to you if you’re not a middle aged white male. We had to wait a long time until someone asked us for drinks. Basic rules as to check what’s missing on the table such as fork and knife were ignored: it was lots of running around without purpose. I think the waiters were trying their best, but there’s no manager who needs to train and correct them to be at the par of the international 5 stat restaurant.
