   This was my first visit to Prague with my partner and it was his birthday. I emailed beforehand and requested a table by the window with a view of the Charles Bridge and they accommodated that which was lovely! The food was good, but my partner prefers his steak medium and it came out more rare than he would like so we sent it back and then it was perfect, however, the veg were then cold and we asked for them to be reheated. Despite this, it was lovely and the staff couldn't be more helpful or polite. They even brought out a little 'happy birthday' desert plate for my partner which was thoughtful.

    We celebrated our 25 anniversary there last night and did the 7 course wine pairing meal. Each dish was beautifully presented and delicious. The wines paired well with each dish. Our waiters were very knowledgeable and attentive to our experience.

    I booked a dinner to celebrate my husband's birthday during our trip to Prague. Spectacular location, excellent food and amazing staff. We couldn't fault anything. The setting was so romantic and the waitor went above and beyond to make our dinner special. My husband loved the place and the wine suggestions, so it was a super successfull surprise :) thank you

    The John Dory was AMAZING! Overall excellent ambiance, service, and great place for a business dinner. Also appreciated the "extra effort and flexibility" for those of our party that had specific dietary requirements!

    So crazzy expensive for low quality of food. Witers spoke with me english even im czech person. Then they alow babys and children for dinner. Totaly anoing. Resturant you pay 300 euro for dinner and there was screaming children and babyes next door table seriously?! This shouldnt be even michelline guide. No watter on the table. No salt no peper. All you need to usk. Waiting for the bill like 10 minits . Need to usk 2 times. Worst spending money.

    Wonderful Food at the Four Seasons - small on portion on the main course but quality was high; annoyingly there was a woman on a table near us and who talked on the phone several times during the meal and was so so so loud it ruined the evening

    If you expect the immaculate service at the 5 stars Italian restaurant belonging to Four Seasons, then don’t. The fantastic location, decor, ambiance and really delicious food was dampened by junior and not properly trained wait staff… who are biased and don’t pay any attention to you if you’re not a middle aged white male. We had to wait a long time until someone asked us for drinks. Basic rules as to check what’s missing on the table such as fork and knife were ignored: it was lots of running around without purpose. I think the waiters were trying their best, but there’s no manager who needs to train and correct them to be at the par of the international 5 stat restaurant.

    everything was good, service was excellent, price of food was good, the price of a glass of champagne not so good, you charged me a price of one botol for a glass of champagne was over the top. I normally would have a glass or two for my lunch so I know how much normally is, but this one was over the top.

    Great atmosphere and service is very good We both had degustation menu with wine pairings Wine was great, but food was at best average Prices are more than double of similar fine dining restaurants in Prague We will not eat here again, but having a drink in the bar might happen

    We had a lovely Good Friday lunch, with a table with a view of the Charles Bridge. Our friends were almost an hour late due to a traffic accident, but the staff couldn't have been nicer & never rushed us to turn the table over. I would highly recommend the Onsen Egg, and John Dory, if they are on your menu! Also, their desserts are absolutely GORGEOUS.

    CottoCrudo was amazing from start to finish. The food was delicious and the presentation phenomenal. Best of all was the service. Denis - our waiter was the best. He made our experience at CottoCrudo unforgettable with delicious food recommendations and impeccable service. Truly the best service we have ever had at a Four Seasons!

    The dishes are very small including the main course. The prices are very high. For example we paid 890 czk for the main course that includes very small amount of fish.

    We went for dinner with all the ladies at a weekend trip . Wanted to eat at a famous michelin star place . The quality of food was excellent . The presentation was awesome . The service was great . However not much choices in food and not what i thought it be . It did not meet the expectations.

    TRULY OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Exceptional. Worthy of the Brand. The Czech Pinot is to die for and most importantly, so is the short rib. That is masterclass chef prepared food right there. 10/10
