Service is regrettably slow but the food is truly exceptional so does make up for drinks arriving after the first course

Very surprised to be seated in a cold make shift room sort of attached to the rear of the building, this wasn’t mentioned when making the booking.

Gorgeous Italian food with a truly authentic feel! Such a lovely family run restaurant with superb service.

Food is too expensive for what you get. I had the sea bass and the potatoes were still hard and my friend had the margarita pizza was really soggy and it was even cut when it came to the table

This is our second visit to Cotto the first room we really enjoyed but this Styme time the food was lacking.
Crab Ravioli start portion one piece for 13,50 is far for reasonable
Risotto was very watery
Slow cooker beef was extremely over done.

Beef Ragu was excellent
Garlic bread with cheese best I’ve had

Food, service and ambience was outstanding. So glad we came across it when visiting Hereford.

As always, the food and service was fabulous. I don't have gluten, and they were very helpful in pointing out which items were appropriate, or could be amended. Looking forward to our next visit already.

Service was slightly slow, however this is probably down to COVID restrictions. Food was worth the wait. Waiting staff were attentive and professional.

Beautiful place, food and cocktails were great. Obvious flaunting of tier 2 rules at other tables making us feel quite uncofmortable and almost ruined our night..

The service and the food was excellent we was outside under the heaters and that I was a bit cold and soon as a table came free the server moved us straight away so we was warm pizza was gorgeous aubergine and courgette chips where to die for and the cocktails I had where lovely

Food was amazing! Drinks were equally as good, however it was slightly odd to walk on past empty tables and then be sat at the rear of the restaurant that’s essentially outside.... in December. Overall a great night and will be back.

Cotto is a very quaint and stylish Restaurant.
Me and my colleagues had an amazing time.
The food was lovely, however I did find one of The small dishes very overpriced. I ordered The Scallops as a set of 3 dishes, it was just under the £13 for the scallops and there was only 2 on the plate with the smallest side salad, I expected a little more for the price, though it was lovely.

Booked at very short notice and was not disappointed. Beautiful dining area and food. Floor staff were friendly and helpful. We did not feel rushed despite sitting to our table at 8.30pm.
We will be back in the future!

Excellent food and service. Only let down slightly on noise as we were sat next to the open kitchen with chefs shouting service across the restaurant. Next time we would ask for a table elsewhere.

Eating out on a Friday night felt like a huge and unusual treat. We hadn't noticed Cotto before so chose it based on the menu alone. Actually, all aspects of the restaurant were lovely. The cocktails were superb and all four of us enjoyed our meals. The decor is stylish and spacious.

As usual, we had a most enjoyable evening at Cotto’s. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the ambience delightful. We look forward to our next visit.

My second visit to Cotto, absolute gem in central Hereford. Lovely setting, food great, good value for money, friendy staff, also relaxing setting, would definitely recommend to others.

Have a booked a table to celebrate my birthday. When we arrived no one is there to received us at the reception. Ordered drinks and took long for drinks to be served . Ordered our starter and brought wrong ordered . Pizza ordered was cold when served. Other food was served not hot as well. Bill was wrongly charged , charged double for one meal . During my booking online was asked for the occasion but was not greeted for my birthday.

Had to wait outside for 20 minutes for our table to be ready even though we booked. That said, it's odd times at the mo. Service was fab and the food to match. Will be returning.
