Love the food...especially the "stack" and the clams.
My third time back this summer- I can't stay away. This time with my son to make good on a promise to let try the Cacia e Peppe. TO DIE FOR. You did not disappoint either of us. Thank you ~
Very nice meal with a terrific waiter (Dan). I felt the valet parking was not necessary and took away when told you can not park in lot unless you use valet parking, that should be the customers' choice since there seem to be plenty of room.
Great food and service! Would recommend to all!!,
Always a great meal!! Friendly servers! they go above and beyond to make you feel great while dining.
Menu went through some minor a la carte changes; Sides are now extra.
The restaurant was overwhelmed on a Friday evening reportedly because some of the kitchen staff called in sick. Hopefully this was an unusual occurrence. A tactless server’s welcoming comment “I will be patient with you if you are patient with me” best epitomizes our experience of the evening
Coteletta has been my favorite go-to eating spot in the neighborhood. Therefore, I was VERY disappointed when our server announced their new policy after giving us the "specials" - no pasta or vegetable accompanies any entree; they are an additional $6 [explanation: because many people do not eat it when provided?!?!?.] In my case, that is a 25% increase for a plate of pasta - not good value. Could they not reduce portions of the sides and charge for larger amounts? I will not be returning nor recommending this venue until it revises the a la carte pricing policy.
Excellent, Excellent Excellent. Great everything. BYOB
Outstanding attention to classic cuisines with fresh well prepared salads, pastas, meats, fish & desserts. Appetizers were varied and so good.
Beth and Louis are dedicated to pleasing your every dining needs.
The pounded veal chop with bone, prepared two ways was a hit.
Extremely long wait for a very mediocre meal. Ordered chicken parm. Asked if they could leave off cheese. Told no substations. Really? Leaving off cheese is a substitute. Meal was definitely not freshly made. Preordered frozen and reheated. Also asked for beans instead of pasta. Charged $8.00 for a dozen string beans. Husband’s platter of veal also mediocre. Restaurant is expensive for poor quality food. Definitely not recommend
Very enjoyable and tasty meal
Great restaurant ! My only issue is the salad, or lack thereof. There are no dinner salads, and the $12 Caesar salad consisted of romaine and a crouton. Otherwise, everything we had was delicious, friendly and attentive staff. Easy valet parking.
I am always on the lookout for small neighborhood spots that have good and somewhat unique food & are not on a high traffic street or at the edge of a large parking lot. Cotoletta satisfies on all fronts.
We had a fantastic dinner at Cotoletta. The staff was great and our waitress Michelle was insightful about the food. We both had the chicken parmigiana that was pounded out so thin and tasty. Best I ever had
Can’t wait to return. My suggestion is to reserve a table.
A great vibe in kind of hideaway location. My bfriend and I went for dinner and really enjoyed both the food and European feel. It is BYO so don't forget your wine!
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT and GREAT Food you got to go here and have dinner
We found this restaurant in an open table search. Was surprised to find it was within 10 minutes of our home. It was a true pleasure and treat to eat there. The food was fantastic, the staff wonderful and the atmosphere was quiet enough to have a normal tone conversation throughout the night. Will definitely go again.
Top notch as usual! My server Tara was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. The food was out of this world, always is. Hands down favorite restaurant!!
Our once again return to Cotoletta. It is now one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. We love the cutlets - any of them. I had the branzino - again. Everyone loved the food. And again, our server was the ever-pleasant Elena. Thanks for another great meal.
We had a wonderful dinner. The linguine in the cheese wheel was amazing!!! Definitely going back!!
Great find! Staff, service and food were exceptional! Will definitely go back!
Excellent dishes at a reasonable cost served by a friendly, helpful staff. Life is good.
Excellent , Excellent , Excellent. Great Italian restaurant
Saw some criticisms online (though not many) but that wasn’t my experience. Food was fabulous and service was fine. Michelle was very affable and helpful.
My server Tara was so accommodating and made us feel super welcome, the owner Beth even came over to make sure we were enjoying our meal. The food was BEYOND, this has become my favorite restaurant on the mainline. LOVE LOVE LOVE Cotoletta!!!
Eggplant parm and veal deep fried to rock hard finish.
First time at Cotoletta based on a friend's recommendation and it did not disappoint. Dan, our server, was helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. Homemade eggplant parm was yummy.
Fabulous food and a great atmosphere!
The place is adorable - well decorated in a small home setting. The food was incredible and a great value. It is BYOB so that keeps costs low. The service was so charming. I can't wait to go back.
Fabulous food, great service, they welcome you like your family, always a good choice
First time for us trying this "neighborhood" restaurant. Celebrated a birthday with the family - two of which do not eat meat. We also had our four year old grandson who is a picky eater. Started with the Milan salad and a few other appetizers. They were are very good - especially the salad. We split the salad three ways. Grandson's dinner came out and he ordered a chicken cutlet - with no sauce. He devoured it and asked for another one! I had the Mahi Mahi and it was delicious. Wife had veal scaloppini, others had chicken parm, pasta with asparagus, and salmon. And then grandson ate an entire second piece of chicken. Everyone enjoyed their dish. The waitstaff was very attentive - even catering to the four year old. We will be going back!
Our first time to this relatively new dining spot. The food is really good. The ambience is simple and non-pretentious. On a negative side, my chair was bumped into by staff often. I felt that since we were only a couple, they tossed us in a table location that was a bit in the way. They seem to cater better to groups and larger families.
All this said, the food was really outstanding.
A BYO gem. The "stack" is a must have.
Great restaurant from Q the valet to the food and service inside.
Our servers were terrific
Food, as always was great.
We were very fortunate to have a table with a last minute reservation for a Saturday evening and, then, to end up getting lost on our way to the restaurant resulting in our being late for that reservation. As it turned out, the lady who responded to our phone call while lost and greeted us when we finally arrived was very understanding and accommodating. We ended up having a great meal and will return on our next trip to Philadelphia.
Too bad they do not have a liquor license to serve wine! Since we were late, I did not have time to purchase a BYOB of red wine to enjoy with my veal.
Very nice friendly service.
It is a cute restaurant but the food was nothing extraordinary. I felt like the marinara sauce tasted like something out of a jar you get at acme. If I go out to dinner I like to experience food that I don’t have the time to make at home. I felt like I make better food at home.
Excellent service and food
