We had another wonderful meal at Corso. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We especially loved the butternut squash ravioli and the lamb. We will definitely be back.

Refined Tuscan Italian food, delicious! Recommend all the pasta dishes, especially the fettuccine with bolognese. Do not miss the baked polenta side dish, or the broccoli rabe. The desserts are all fabulous but we mostly gravitate to the panna cotta (best we have had). The atmosphere is warm and cozy and vibrant, the service is perfection.

Fabulous as always. Service is top notch. Food is delicious. The pastas, branzino, and polenta are superb. Great wine list and cocktail selection. They actually read my note in Open Table indicating we were celebrating a birthday. The last two places where I made a note completely ignored it. So kudos to Corso for being excellent!

Having been in Florence this summer makes you appreciate how good the food is at Corso. All dishes are spot on plus they have one of the best panna cotta’s around.

I sent my parents here for my moms birthday and they had a wonderful time. I had heard good things from a friend, and it lived up! The restaurant was helpful in coordinating (I left my card number with them) and I only heard good things. They loved the crostini, fungi and salads, as well as delicious breads and gelato with limoncello for dessert. Winner all around.

Great service, food has slightly decreased in.... well the choices have changed for the worst. There was a tomato salad to die for... now the dandelion is very meh. But service is always amazing.

Surprisingly tart funghi, yet delicious; very crisp lattuga. I've never had as fresh a spaghetti as I did here, and the swordfish was also well-seasoned. The panna cotta is a must here - I rarely order dessert, and when I do, I rarely finish it - here I ordered one all to myself and ate all of it :)

Great little restaurant. They make their own pasta and everything was delicious. But beware, they use a lot of anchovies in their cooking. Not a problem for me but may be for others. I had a magnificent branzino, fresh grilled that was really divine. Interesting restaurant. Very Authentically Italian.

An incredible tour de force of a meal. From the appetizer (get the scallops! and the salumi!) to the dessert, this was one of the finest dining experiences I've had in ages and we eat out a lot. Take your friends and family and go enjoy.

Italian food at its Best!!! Homemade pasta mixed with amazing fresh ingredients. Everything we ate from the salted cod and scallops to risotto and gnocchi were a mouth watering delight! I would highly recommend this place. Fit for foodies for sure. Creative cocktails too!!! One of the best flourless chocolate cakes I have ever had. Great find. We will be going back soon!!

Food and wine pairings consistently great. Nickolas at the bar makes the best cocktails and offers accurate descriptions about the food. The new summer salad of necturenes , cherries, and a roasted almonds was terrific. The branzino is always great.

This is now our favorite restaurant in Berkeley, although I have to admit that we haven't tried them all yet. We loved Rivoli, but Corso is closer to campus, where my husband is teaching, and the food is just as good as Rivoli's, if not better. My husband loved his vegetarian lasagna (he called it spectacular and he never praises food like that - he doesn't like to analyze food, and claims he only eats to stay alive). Service was terrific, too. My duck livers weren't cooked enough (I don't like raw liver) and my lamb leg special was just okay, but the sherry vinaigrette under it and the tian was delicious.

The branzino was very good despite its charred skin. There was no assistance given in deboning the whole fish (as I have enjoyed in other restaurants at more moderate prices). The arugula accompaniment was good too but didn't seem to fit the dish. I loved my bubbly glass of Prosecco from the Valdobiaddenne.

My in-law is gluten and dairy free. They were from out of town. My husband and I new Corso would be great in accommodating with my mother in law's diet needs. She was very pleased that evening with her dinner and the waiter that helped us.
We are a huge fan. Thank you.

Wife, son and me. Menu seemed just slightly on the too limited side. Opened with a Salumi board that was flavorful; an interesting mix of meats, cheese, pickles, peppers. Also had sauteed mushrooms; tender, served room temp; better than avg. Tomato soup was very flavorful but could have used more spice. Wife liked her canneloni, large portions. Son and I thought our lamb chops were good but nothing special. The Sundae was delicious, and enough for 3 of us to share. We brought our own special occasion wine, but were not charged corkage when two flies showed up on my son's glass and the wine in the glass had to be tossed. Comped us a glass of delicious desert wine . Service was attentive but stretched thin. Could have used one more body on the floor. Total cost with 20% tip about $300. We dine out frequently and have for many years. There are other places that for the same price provide better value, but Corso is not so far off the mark as to be ruled out of that category. We may return again.
