                      The food was plentiful but the antipasto didn't look anything like their website, very skimpy. The pasta choices were great but for the main course they served chicken, it was dry and the veal Parmigiano was over fried, which dried out the veal. Wasn't pleased when I was charged a local fee on top of the subtotal and HST. Overall, it was pricey for two people.

                      Our server was odd. He kept moving the candle on our table. Instead of leaving it in the middle of the table, he kept placing it on the outer edge in the way of my husband's arm. My husband almost knocked it over. My husband would move it back, and sure enough, the waiter would move it back. I ended up moving it off our table. When I asked for extra bread, I didn't get it. I tried waving down the wait staff, they were looking in every other direction. When our waiter came back, we asked him for some bread, and he went and got it right away. The food was delicious. My husband said the haddock was overdone. I'm disappointed that the bottle of wine that used to come with the meal is no longer an option.

                      Reception wasn't great, didn't feel welcome, but that's where our negative experience ended. Once inside, our waiter explained everything to us and even got us the two glasses of sparking wine the hostess forgot about. I asked the waiter about the gluten free options in the future as friends are Celiac. He said 95% of items are made GF. They even make their own GF bread, desserts and bread crumbs for the veal parmigiana. Great option for those who are GF as you don't have to settle for a poor substitution. They were very accommodating to a protein one of dislike, serving it on a separate plate. Everything was delightful, fresh and presented beautifully. We were offered more of anything due to the endless experience but we were too full! We weren't even sure we could enjoy the included dessert so our waiter brought us cookies in to-go boxes. We enjoyed these later and they were fantastic! We found the wine list a little on the expensive side for the bottles offered, but the value everywhere else was excellent. We booked a reservation for 5pm as had later plans and the restaurant was empty when we arrived, but bustling when we left. The ambiance is great with a live pianist and the space itself is beautiful. Overall, excellent, and will be returning.

                      Always an amazing experience at Corso! This has been my sixth time dining there and every time it has been fantastic. Service is great, food is excellent and ambiance is beautiful. Thank you Brooks for your service.

                      Corso is still good and is of reasonable value, but they have done away with the included wine and there’s no more dessert offered other than the “take home” cookies that were given out in the past… I feel the portions have become smaller as well but it’s still a lot of food regardless.

                      In a vacuum, the food and the service from Brook were absolutely outstanding. I think the ambience would normally be of equal value, but our experience was probably a one star because of the incredible amount of loud noise and frenzied activity at a large table very close to us that had an extended family celebrating a birthday with 7-9 kids about 8-10 years old. It was about all my wife and I talked about because the uproar was constant for almost 90 minutes. We should have asked to be moved but (i) that’s not us; (ii) the hostess seated us when the uproar was just beginning; and (iii) the few other tables near us did not move. There were plenty of other tables available on the other side of the hostess station. Love kids, have a couple, but they need to behave especially well in fine dining spots. I think the critical mass of so many kids just got out of hand. The restaurant in those situations should ask guests if they mind being seated near a large kids birthday party.

                      We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were sat in an area with a large party with half a dozen young children who were all over the place running around us. Great experience otherwise.

                      Just a great experience, and out server Brooks, was top notch too. The only draw back was a family with a screaming brat that was ruining things, and the parents doing nothing,but what can you do about that? Not Corso's fault. Just a shame that some patrons act like they have been in a cave all their lives and how you present yourself does matter.
