Fantastic place! We were pleasantly surprised! I would definitely recommend! 5 stars for sure!
First time at this restaurant came here to celebrate our buddy’s Brandon’s 28 th Birthday. Our server Alex was funny and very bubbly, especially it being his first day back after being of for 6 months. Food was hot and delicious, very good size portions, Loved that are server waited about 10 minutes between our apps and entrees. We will be back again for sure. Other then the noisy cars going up and down the street the noise level was good. Glad to be somewhat inside.
The food was excellent and our server was fantastic. My wife got her finger cut on the chair she was sitting on and he was very helpful and supportive
But overall it's our 3rd time eating there and I would highly recommend it
Good experience. Chefs feature seemed as if it was not a New York strip. Was more like a sirloin or flank. Great service. A bit pricey.
We had our first patio dining since last year and loved it at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and the meals were great and filling. We had a lovely table on their patio/window area and enjoyed our dinner greatly. Thank you.
Some food options, like the chocolate cake, were mediocre, however the rest, including the fish dishes were wonderful. Service, food presentation and ambience were perfect.
Such a great place, great food & lovely staff. 10/10
Food options were very minimal.
We wanted pasta and in order to get pasta we had to order a dinner plan that was 79.99
We were very fortunate to have booked a Niagara Falls getaway one day before yet another COVID shutdown. We chose Corso for our Friday night dinner date because is accepted reservations and had very good reviews. We were not disappointed! Food was delicious with very generous portions. My wife had the Mediterranean branzino, a rare fish offering in Southern Ontario, thought It was amazingly delicious and still packed away leftovers that she has today for brunch. I have a big appetite but struggled to clean my Chicken Marsala plate, also very tasty in a unique way. I should also mention that the calamari appetizer was as good or better than any we’ve had and again a generous offering. With the appetizer, mains, a couple drinks, glass of wine + 1 cappuccino, 1 Monte Cristo we barely got to $200 and that was including a 20% tip! So not cheap but reasonably priced for a high-end restaurant, especially for the Niagara Falls core. For us it was an excellent 5-star dinner!
The food was terrible. Pizza was not that bad but the calamari were tough like rubber and expensive. It was like the were frozen and put in microwave at serving. I would NOT recommend to eat there.
Food was amazing. Best place to celebrate a birthday or anniversary.
This was my first time back to dining-in in such a very long time due to covid-19 restrictions. I was so disappointed and upset with the fact how the food came out. The restaurant was great nice and clean and it was empty like only 10 people max very disappointed to the fact the my food was cold and extremely salty. I originally ordered calamari and when it came out it was medium warm almost like it was already prepared in advance which does not make sense and I felt like it was almost microwaved the very first bike I took it was literally eating a handful of salt so the waitress came and asked us how was everything and at this point I I told her exactly how it was. So she tried to fix the situation and get us a new one . When the new one came after 10 minutes it was much better. At this point I asked our waiter to make sure please not to add extra or any salt if possible on any of our food that’s coming out and she said no problem.
I ordered steak entrée and chicken parm entrée for both to come out again COLD! Like come on and on top of that FULL of salt! At this point there was no point in satin anything because I had enough of salt for the year!!! So I asked for the bill and paid and left because I was just too upset to even say anything at that point. Believe it or not McDonald’s would have been a better option and I would have been more satisfied then the experience I had at this so called restaurant!
The dinners were absolutely delicious! The 3 course dinner special was fantastic value! Includes - appetizer, entre of your choice and dessert - cheesecake or carrot cake . The pizza is wood oven baked, it was excellent! ravioli entre was absolutely delicious! And the cheesecake was a perfect choice! We will go back to eat there next time we are in Niagara Falls!
The restaurant is opened during red zone and limit to 10 guests, nevertheless food and service were great
The waiter was amazing i forget his name but all I remember about him eas that he said he drives in from the country and he was a bald fellow. Great experience definitely coming back. Make sure youre taking care of your great employees
Tasteful Italian pizza and very good service in the middle of Niagara Falls.
Service was great, however food is good but a little pricy
The tour of Italy didn’t have a single Italian dish on the menu.
Enjoyed the old menu better then the new fixed meal.
Best Risotto (Saffron and Asparagus) I have ever had at a restaurant period. My wife's salmon dish was also perfectly prepared. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant provided the current chef remains. The server, Jaime, was outstanding, attentive and very knowledgeable, which enhanced the experience greatly.
Food was ok. Service was good. Way to salty. Nothing special.
Great experience and will definitely come back again
The food was terrible. Pasta had no flavor, pizza was dry and no flavor. For an Italian restaurant it was very disappointing and very expensive for food we didn’t enjoy!
Amazing food and service! Thank you for letting us feel human again!
Not much selection of pasta (only 2) esp for an Italian restaurant. Ordered stake, meat was good but no taste.
I preferred the restaurant when they had the antipasto bar, then several courses served at your table. The al a cart menu now was not appealing. I ordered chicken marsala but it was more like chicken parmesan with less flavour and there was no marsala sauce. My husband ordered the capocollo (slow-braised pork), it was dry and flavourless.
I’m not sure if COVID situation have had some impact of their food quality; however, it was my first time visiting there and I did not enjoy my pizza. We ordered Margarita and what we’ve got was more taste and looks like a frozen baked cheese pizza with some fresh basil on it. Looking at the price range and the name of the restaurant you would expect a lot more than a simple and dry pizza.
Family getaway weekend
Service was good and the food was tasty. It was quiet with a nice ambience.
Very nice and relaxing dining venue. Great food with great service made our visit even more special. Thank you all.....well done!!!
They haven't figured out how to deliver a great meal during covid. The menu is limited and over priced but it was too late to find a table anywhere else. We had fish, beef & pizza and it was all adequate at best. If you do get stuck there go with the pizza and choose toppings you like. This place used to be awesome and I'm sure it will be again just not for awhile.
Our server Daniel was amazing and helped to make the experience. I would not rate this as a traditional Italian restaurant. The caprese salad and bread was good. The main entrees were a little disappointing. I usually like very traditional Italian, Veal scalopini, Chicken parmigiana or Oso bouco. We had cappuccinos which were more like espresso and had a desert plate. Again it was okay but not great. We had room service the next day, breakfast. It was horrible, not cooked and we had to send it back. Unfortunately very expensive and disappointing.
We really enjoyed our dinner here, service was very friendly and the restaurant was in a great location, didn't even need to leave the hotel.
COLD! My pork dinner was cold halfway through eating it. The restaurant was really chilly. And worst of all our creme brule was cold. Tasted like cold eggs.
It was cold ate it because we were hungry
They could have brought it hot looks like sitting on the counter for too long to picked up by some one to bring it to the table
We did enjoy the bread appetizer and calamari but did not enjoy our mains.
Excellent food and service!! Thank for making our anniversary memorable!
The food was great. We had calamari as main dish - big enough and delicious, chicken was good, pork was amazing and pizza of the day - the best pizza my son ever had based on him. Portions are huge.
This was my first time at Corso and I absolutely LOVED it! The Margherita pizza was a great starter that was shared between myself and boyfriend. The Penne pasta was absolutely DELICIOUS! We loved it so much we wanted to get it again for dinner the next day. The sangria pitcher was very tasty as well. Thank you to our waiter Alex who was friendly and took the time to explain the chefs specials. We will definitely be back!
