Corridor 44 Ratings and Reviews
The restaurant, food, service, drinks were amazing. Private seating down the "corridor" was perfect for our date. A little on the pricy side but probably inline with competitors. I highly recommend the lamb. The sauce was outstanding. I'd love to return on our next downtown date.
Ambiance was delightful. The sheers between each booth gave a feeling of privacy and coziness. The food was extremely delicious! We were not rushed in any way. Never felt pressured to leave so that someone else could sit. We enjoyed sitting at the bar upon arrival and trying a flight of wine. Bar staff very friendly! Awesome experience!
So happy we found this gem while visiting Denver. Love the decor with the chandeliers and the white upholstery. Lighting was perfect. Loved the champagne flight and all the other champagne and wine options. Dinner and appetizers were delicious. Our service was spot on. Super cozy and romantic if that's what you're looking for. Also a great gathering place for friends.
Not a great experience. We intended to have dinner here but ended up leaving after appetizers. Anytime someone with Celiacs asks the waitress what gluten free options are available and her response is "well, you'd know better than me" - not exactly confidence inspiring or great service.
We had a fantastic evening at Corridor 44. I highly recommend the champagne flights. The price is good on all drinks and they are made exceptionally well. My husband and I both love an Old Fashioned and have to say theirs is one of the best. Make a reservation if possible bc it is a popular place and runs out of room at the bar quickly!
Although I've always loved the atmosphere & cocktails, I was disappointed. I made it a point to tell them it was our anniversary and they didn't ackowdge it and gave us a bad table. On top of that the waitress wasn't very friendly. Food was just ok. Too much competition to go back.
This was a first visit for the three of us and it will definitely not be the last. I had the lamb lollipops which were recommended by our server and it was delicious. My companions ordered the seared salmon salad and the citrus chicken quinoa salad and were very happy with their choices. Our wine selections were wonderful. Our server was very helpful and didn't rush us at all.
The charcuterie & cheese combo plate was amazing. Very ample for two people. There are also these crackers for the table that are like cheese nips for adults, crazy good. One of the party is gluten free and one with a nut allergy. They graciously swapped out the nuts for olives at no charge and brought cucumber slices in addition to the bread. And there were a lot of slices, which doesn't always happen. I would not recommend the pineapple juice and tequila drink, sounds amazing but was terrible the night we were there. The food @ C44 was really terrific and can recommend it for that only because the service from our main wait staff was awful. After our order was taken nothing about the service our staff provided was positive. Which really is too bad because the place is fun and I'm guessing the full menu is amazing based on our small plate we shared.
Based on the website I thought I would find a cozy space to share champagne with friends. This is a bar. My friends and I could not hear each other, sports on a tv and little ambiance. We had to ask that a bright odd light be turned off as it was directly in our faces. I would return for a drink on Larimar Squre but wouldn't spend money on champagne.
Went here after the theater as it was a five minute walk. We had a lovely two person booth along the corridor. The service was prompt and friendly. The food light and tasty - just right for late night. With Denver's limited late night food venues - this is a real find. I will be back!
This was our second time here. First time we loved it! Looks like something has changed. The food wasn't early as amazing as last time and the portions were noticeably smaller. We ordered the exact same meals as last time because they were so good the first time around, the chicken and the Brie sandwich. Our waitress was wonderful but the rest of the staff just looked annoyed that we were there. We won't be going back. Too many other great choices in Larimer square that are more consistent.
I was impressed by their sparkling wine selection. The food was delicious. I had the scallops with risotto. Scallops were done perfectly and were decent sized. The risotto was a bit salty but complemented the scallops. My husband had the lamb chops. The flavors were great, however, there was a lot of fat on the chops. We were happy with the food overall and will definitely return. The only suggestion would be to clean/dust off the chandeliers by the dinning table.
Tried several times (started 5 minutes prior to res time to 20 mins after my res time) to cxl reservations. The open table app wouldn't let me and said I needed to call. I was trying to cxl my reservation to make a new one somewhere closer to where I was due to heavy traffic and trying to get to a concert on time. I tried calling for 20 mins because it was the only way to cancel my reservation and no answered. I get that they were busy, but it was really awful that not only could j not cancel the reservation but i couldn't make new one somewhere I would've liked. In the end, my party waited without reservations for 30 mins and we missed 20 minutes of the concert.
