Our reservation was for 5:00 and we got there at 5:05 (didn’t realize there is construction on Airway) we were promptly greeted and our table was quickly cleaned and we were seated. Our waiter was accommodating and pleasant. My husbands steak was barely warm, my steak tampiquena was cold and my enchilada was hard and cold. Our daughters order tortilla soup which was also cold and the other ordered steak and hers was ok. We ordered empanadas as an appetizer and you could still taste the flour on them and 2 were under cooked. Our son’s grilled chicken was bland and he left most of it. The mango margaritas were good but took a while to get to our table. I was disappointed since we had reservations for Fathers Day and over a 250.00 bill for early dinner that left much to be desired. Will not be going back to this location but will try the Doniphan location again next time.

We made reservations for 8:30 and arrived about 8:15. We were seated quickly. Our waitress came and took our drink order and brought chips. We both ordered ice tea. Dinner took quite a while to be brought out. The waitress did not come check on us or offer to refill our drinks or chips. She would just disappear. After we were finished we waited probably 20 minutes before she even came back do we could ask for our check. The food was very good, but the service will keep us from going back.

Great experience. Definitely worth it. Recommend you to make a reservation because this place was packed. They honor reservations which is amazing. Excellent service, our server was very polite and would often check on our table. The food tasted amazing.

Got my reservation at 10 PM, got there at 9:30 PM and did not got a table until almost 11 PM, Unfortunately management is not very organized.. Food service was good and food was excellent. Recommend just have patience.

After they assigned me the table, it took 45 minutes for them to come and ask us what we were going to order. If I hadn't gotten up to ask, they wouldn't have attended to us. Then they brought us the starters served on disposable plates and without giving us plates to serve ourselves. The same thing happened with the dessert. Very bad experience overall.

This location does not know how to book reservations. They severly over booked. Had a dinner reservation on Valentines day for 6:15. It's was already 6:45 and at least 10 different couples had not been sat and they had 6 pm reservations. More and more people kept coming in for their scheduled time and continued to fill the limited seating areas both indoors and outdoors. Reservations are apparently an issue with this location based on other reviews.

Food was just ' OK'. Service was mediocre at best. Ambience was below average for a restaurant that expects a credit card on file for reservations. Far too many steakhouses in Rl Paso to be mediocre.
