   Awesome food here. However our evening was ruined by thoughtless patrons nearby - a large party of 8- who were so overwhelmingly loud ! The staff did not do anything about this . The noise in the “back room” where the tables are is bad!! Manager / owner said they have done some sound attenuation but they need to do more . Otherwise the space is not really conducive to the kind of ambience they are trying to create .

   Perhaps, one of the best dinners my wife and I have ever had. And we’re not young, so we’ve had a lot of meals out. In addition to the wonderful Rasberry Point oysters, perfectly prepared, we also started with grilled Caesar salad, also fabulous. We both shared the bone in rib eye, wood grilled and full of unbelievable flavors. The service was very attentive and friendly. It is not cheap....but we’ll go back again and again.

   The seating choices are a bit weird & quirky, but once settled in the food and our waiter were exceptional. The artisinal cheeses were well represented on the persimmon salad. I would rate the crab cake as one of the best I have ever had! Next time we will order (2) orders instead of sharing! The bartender was excellent! Cheese stuffed olives were definitely worth it.

   The braised veal was oustanding as was the pork chop. Their wine selection was ok. Did not know you can bring your own wine. Definitely going back.

   Food, ambiance and overall experience was 5 stars again. The pork chop was so flavorful and tender. The steak tartare was also exceptionally delicious. Christina and Nick are always warm and welcoming. Thank you.

    This is one of the most expensive restaurants in Wayne. We love coming here. The ambiance is wonderful and it’s in the heart of town. Our last visit was this past Saturday night December 14. We sat at the bar with some friends from out of town. The service was wonderful from our Polish waitress she even remembered what we ordered the last time we were there! This time however, we felt the food was not up to standards. My friend and my husband both had the sole which was the most unappetizing looking dish we had ever seen. It looked like they just boiled the fish in water and threw it on some soggy cabbage. We were very disappointed. My other friend had a steak Fritz which was very good and I had the scallop special which was OK at best. We also ordered two bottles of wine because we didn’t realize we could bring our own as well. So our total bill was $450. This time we felt it wasn’t worth it at all. We will be back so hopefully It was just an off night for the kitchen.

As you saw from sitting at the chef's counter, our Lemon Sole is put directly into the wood grill and the napa cabbage is sauteed in white wine and olive oil. We are not a BYOB - only on Tues.     Beautiful, intmate, comfortable atmosphere, perfect for lunch with a friend. Extensive drink offers, delicious sausage sandwich. Even treated myself to the bourbon balls! Will return.

    We had dinner at Cornerstone once before and we liked it right away. Service, food and ambience are good. This second time we had an early dinner and got there at 5pm on Saturday with only a few people by the bar. We sat by the kitchen and it was a great experience watching the chef and his team in action. My wife is kind of a clean freak person and the only disappointment was seeing one of the guys not handling things properly a few times. Other than that the please is great.

    Cornerstone is a very compelling atmosphere, a nice menu selection and excellent service. The wine list is great, however, the market up for a decent bottle of wine is 4x which was fairly offensive. A few guests complained that their food was overdone. Overall though we will go back, but perhaps on Tuesdays when a corkage fee is allowed.

    The Restraunt has a relaxing atmosphere, lounging area but small! We made a reservation at the Chefs Bar and upon arriving they seated us at a table, which we didn’t want! They did however move us to the bar but made it seem like they were doing us a favor (when that’s what I had requested), and we were the only people sitting at the bar! The waitress came over right away and went over the menu, left to get our drinks then quickly came back for our orders we asked for more time since we wanted to relax and enjoy our drink but she again came back quickly this time telling us that we should put our order in so that we wouldn’t have to wait since it’ll be getting very busy and this would help her and us (very condescending also), so we did very rushed (still we were the only people at the bar)! At this point I am totally annoyed, I then asked for crackers or bread (I ordered oysters) she then told me that we’d have to buy a baguette to have bread, I looked at and said no thank you! She also said oh, do u have a reservation (which we did) not sure what she was implying but that really finished it for me! We weren’t even finished eating and she came over to take our plates away, I really couldn’t believe this! Would never ever go back......and they might want to move that waitress to another part of the restaurant maybe where she doesn’t have to interact with customers!

    My friends and I had the most wonderful brunch at Cornerstone, we are all looking forward to going back soon! The menu was perfect for brunch/lunch, tons of tasty options, and the food (and drinks) were fantastic. We sat at the Counter, got to see our meals put together, so fun!

    Had a great dinner at Cornerstone not too long ago. Decided to try Sunday brunch. We ordered an egg sandwich & three frittatas. The frittata was actually a lukewarm wedge of crust less quiche. It had no taste, wasn’t hot and was a tiny portion. Eggs sandwich had a lukewarm pre made egg soufflé. Only good thing was the bacon. Food so bad & service so poor cancelled a future dinner reservation. Asked to speak w owner/manager no one come out to speak w me.

    This is my favorite restaurant in Wayne. It is always a pleasant experience. The food is delicious and perfectly prepared and presented. I would like to see more seasonal specials on the menu since I am a regular. The owners are wonderful and so gracious. They put heart and souls into this place and it shows.

    On our first visit to what is becoming one of the Main Line’s “go to” dining spots, we were not disappointed. Adriana’s service, with a smile, was both warm and expert. The presentations were fresh and unique. And the wine list was just ample enough to truly offer variety, in taste and price. We loved our meals, too. (The recommended pork chop exceeded high expectations.) We shall return!

    It was the first time I had visited and wasn’t sure what to expect. The ambiance was tasteful and classy. Food was delicious and quite the best frites I have had outside of France or Belgium. Service was efficient yet unhurried. We are already going to make another reservation.

    We were seated at the chef’s counter which I planned for, but they sat us at the very inner left seats next to the grill. Within the first 5 minutes we were both sweating and couldn’t walk past the next couple comfortably due to a pole. Thankfully, they did move us to another spot at the counter and it was great to watch the chef. The cheese plate was perfect. My husband had the veal and it was amazing. I was disappointed in the crab cake. I have been looking for a decent crab cake for years (ever since Totaros closed) and I was hoping this was it. There was little crab and too much filling which overpowered the crab flavor. We will probably go back but I will order something more well known next time.

    On their menu they have “pastries and croissants” and they only gave us one croissant—they thought they were out of chocolate croissants and showed up with one. My loumagne sandwich was wet and tasted burnt... and the cypress sandwich was average at best and the fruit salad was one spoonful of fruit.
