   Overall, a great experience. I didn’t care for the cured meat tartar, and the steak we ordered medium came out rare—though that seems to be common in Spain. The service was excellent, and the wine was exceptional!

   During my recent visit to Madrid, I had the pleasure of dining at Cornamusa Cibeles, a remarkable restaurant situated on the sixth floor of the iconic Palacio de Cibeles. This prime location offers breathtaking views of the city, making it an ideal spot for both locals and tourists seeking a memorable dining experience. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Diego, a waiter whose impeccable service and friendly demeanor set the tone for the evening. His attentiveness and genuine passion for hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. For my main course, I opted for the Guadarrama beef sirloin. The steak was cooked to perfection, boasting a rich flavor and tenderness that surpassed any I've experienced during my time in Spain. Each bite was a testament to the chef's expertise and commitment to quality. Complementing the meal was Cornamusa's extensive wine selection. Diego recommended a glass of Rioja Reserva, which paired exquisitely with the steak. The wine's deep, complex notes enhanced the flavors of the dish, elevating the overall dining experience. So much so, I went back for two more glasses! The ambiance at Cornamusa Cibeles is both elegant and inviting, with a spacious terrace that offers panoramic views of Madrid's skyline. Dining as the sun set over the city was an unforgettable experience, adding a magical touch to the evening. In conclusion, Cornamusa Cibeles delivers an exceptional dining experience through its stunning location, outstanding service—exemplified by Diego—and culinary excellence.    A wonderful overall experience, a charming setting in a historic building. We learned from the head waiter and sommelier that this was the old main post office building. The restaurant was on the 6th floor, beautiful setting. Interesting unique menu, delicious dishes, excellent wine recommendation, attentive waiters and bartender staff. Overall a delightful evening, I highly recommend Cornamusa restaurant.
