Cork & Flame can trace its history back to 2004 when Roger Strohl opened The Vineyard Wine Market. After a successful 13 years, The Vineyard has joined forces with Chef Justin Hayes and partners to form a unique combination of fine dining, tapas and wine market, offering customers a single culinary experience. In addition to the fine dining, tapas and wine market, the Cork and Flame hosts wine tastings, wine dinners, and private party events.

I’ve been here many times and generally the food and service has been excellent. A couple of weeks ago the service was not up to par but I think the waiter was new and in learning mode. Tonight-Bottom line- the service was awful. Much delayed service and then although the waiter was apologetic, he seemed insincere and sarcastic in his comments to us. It was such a bad experience that I will be unlikely to return in quite a long while. Extremely disappointing and unexpected for a previously admired restaurant.

You definitely get what you pay for here!! I took my wife here for her birthday and it was amazing service great our food great and the experience great!

The service here is top notch. Trevor was our server in the visit. He was very friendly, and very attentive. The food as always was fantastic. We had the shrimp cocktail and lump crab appetizer which was very good. For an entree I had the pork that on the featured menu and my husband had scallops. For dessert we tried the baked Alaska for the first time, and it was beautiful to look at, and heavenly to eat. We look forward to our next visit. We were here celebrating my birthday this time. Thank you Cork & Flame!

Food was great! Enjoyed the Jerk Chicken. It was extra spicy but delicious. My husband enjoyed his Vinson Steak. Apple dessert was very good as well. This was our first visit.

The medium steak came burnt while the salmon came raw. The sticky toffee pudding was as hard as a hockey puck while our beloved Brussels sprouts were barely cooked 😭 .. the service and experience has always been top notch but for the past two visits, the food has been way below par! I miss the old days when the food was just out of this world!

Whenever we are in town we always go, the food, the service and specialty cocktails are all always amazing. The in-house sommelier will pair your food with the best wine while keep your taste preferences in mind. The atmosphere feels special occasion, but it’s comfortable, trendy and inviting. Be sure to make a reservation.

This was our first time there, to celebrate our anniversary. The atmosphere was pleasant however not a lot of privacy as the tables were very close together. The service was great. However, we were very disappointed in the taste of our meals and drinks, especially after paying $160 for 2 people. The steaks were overcooked on the outside and under cooked in the middle. Unfortunately, we will not be back.
