We really enjoyed our dinner at Cork and Flame. My wife and I both had the filet and lobster. The filets were cooked to perfection and the lobster was tender. The service was excellent and the restaurant has a great vibe. Looking forward to going back for Friday night wine tasting.

Great place for special events and occasions. Pricey but excellent and unique offerings, with some lower cost options. Nice lively atmosphere, quiet enough for table conversation. Fine service.

Service was very good. It did however take 2 hours to get our entree and burgers were no longer warm as well as one of the Lady Edison chop dinners. The lamb lollipop and date appetizers were very good.

Food was great. Service was good. Though I had tried to communicate in advance that I wanted alcohol on a separate bill for corporate credit card reasons. I didn’t want to have that conversation in front of my guests. Unfortunately, when the bill came it was all on one bill.

We have become regulars at the Cork and Flame because of their consistent high level of performance in all areas. The food amazing and the service friendly and professional. The food is exceptional and it is almost as much fun to watch what is being served to others as it is to eat your own. It is difficult to say which is better the duo Tuna or the scallops. You'll just have to try yourself!!

We'd been looking forward to going and Cork and Flame did not disappoint. Spectacular food, especially the chorizo stuffed dates, the heirloom salad, the steaks and the creme brulee. We can't wait to go back and try the rest of the menu. And now we've learned they're open for Sunday brunch with a mimosa bar. We may have found heaven. :)

Great experience. The scallops were cooked to perfection. Ribeye was medium on the outside but a little too done in the middle. Good seasoned steak and that would be my only do better. My wife got the apple pie dessert and said it is a must.

Have been to cork and flame many times, food and service always excellent. However Sat night we went there, the food was excellent as always but the server was the worst we've ever had. She failed to ask for our drink order other than water. When ordering dinner I was able to order a cocktail but it took her 30 minutes to get it to the table. Same with another friend we where dinning with. She fumbled around opening a bottle of wine and was slow in getting that to the table also. When paying over$200.00 for dinner for two I do expect the service to be as good as the food. Since this was our first poor experience with service here we will dine again and hope for a better server as the food is the best in Augusta or Evans area.

We enjoyed our dinner at Cork and Flame. We opted for the a la carte option since we weren’t in the mood to eat heavy. I had the filet and lobster tail. The lobster tail was cooked perfectly and was delicious. The filet was good, but just a little more charred than I personally like on the outside. My husband had the bison flank steak and mushroom risotto and he enjoyed it. We had a very nice Cab that was only $30 something dollars a bottle. We were very happy with that. We also had the creme brûlée and it was amazing. We would return for sure.

The only reason that I am giving it a three star overall is because our steaks were burnt. Everything else was fine. We tried the scallops and they were good. The three different types of bread were good. Cream spinach was good also. We will go back but will not order steaks.

Food was good! Trout was interesting... good flavor, plating and portion was weird. Steak and sides were very good! Curry mussels were great! Meaty and flavorful. The cheese bread!!! Wow... all vegan and you’d swear it’s cheesy (worth a try). Cocktail was very good! Flavorful. However, after 4, a light-weight was barely buzzed...

My only “complaint” was the service... across the board. Our server was very professional, but if he had a personality, it was absent during this time (spending ~$75/person in the SCRA you’d think would pay for person-ability.) . Even runners had no personality. It was strangely, “yes sir...” “I hope the cocktail was to your liking, sir.” “I’m sorry your fork fell on the floor (I dropped it).” “Thank you for dining with us, SIR.” This was regardless of how personable or friendly we may have been. It was cultish-ly odd... either the staff is forced into a sterile form of “customer service”, we got the odd-ones (possible, as I’ve seen other staff showing personality to other tables), or there was issue with a gay couple. I’ve no clue. I’d never gaslight, but the circumstances were odd. My husband knew no differently, I felt weird. But since ambiguity and “bless your heart”still exists in the South... will I ever know?

Hi David! Thank you so much for your review. We highly value guest feedback in our effort to continuously refine our services. I'm glad that you enjoyed your food & very happy to hear reviews about our vegan options. As for our service staff, we focus on providing service which is unobtrusive to guests, but never want to make it seem awkward for our guests. I am sorry that was misconstrued! I do hope that you both join us again and give us the opportunity to get to know you both a little more.

We loved our experience, food was really good, fresh and very well prepared. Yes you have to wait but it totally worth it! I love that they have a vegetarian menu as well as gluten free options (ask your server). Service was also very good and the crème brûlée was the best I ever had since I moved to Augusta. We will definitely be back!

I took my wife for Mothers Day brunch, this was the first brunch serving that Cork & Flame has done and they did not disappoint us! The menu had a good variety of selections, including appetizers. We had deviled eggs for our starter and they were excellent. My wife had the boar hash and I chose the beef tournedos, both selections were outstanding. There was plenty of food and the bloody mary's to go along were very good. Hoping that they continue to offer Sunday openings in the future.

The menu contains dishes that are unlike other restaurants. We look forward to going back and trying more dishes. We sat at the bar with great interaction between bar tenders. Great drinks and great service. Open dining room was rather noisy. Most clients did not adhere to the “dressy” dress code as stated on the Facebook page. Much more casual than I expected.

our table was not ready at our reservation time but it was no fault of the restaurant, the people before us just decided to linger. The hostess did offer us an option in the back dining room but we chose to wait. The menu is extensive with some terrific wine choices and if you are a vegetarian you won't be disappointed. It is a high energy atmosphere well decorated and buzz worthy. The food was absolutely delicious and I can't say enough about the service. You have to try it!
