We went to try the seafood tower (at almost half price) and the quality continues to be fabulous and the service is excellent.

My friends and I were quite impressed with the food, but not so much with the service. I wonder if they were short-staffed that night so it took the server forever to tend to us. Some other customers actually left as no one was tending them. I tried to get one of the server's attention by saying hi to him as he walked by—he looked at me briefly but left me without even acknowledging me. We almost walked out of the doors right then but our server came just in time. When we were done with the food, the server came to pick up the plates but spilled some sauce onto my friend's phone but wasn't even aware that she did that. It's really too bad as we enjoyed the food immensely and loved the décor but I am not sure if we want to go back. The servers just don't look happy working there.

We went for the oysters at happy hour. the waitor said he couldn't offer any to us, but there would be a dozen available on their platter which was available for $49. wtf ? Happy hour was clearly advertised on their website, and they had oysters in the house but couldn't/wouldn't explain why they werent available and offered no subsitution....other than the platter? The platter was marked down from $89. So stupidly we said OK, lets have the platter. We were hungry and already there. It sounded OK, and should have been OK.... but between us we had 4 off tasting oysters, as in manky. The lobster tasted old. Nothing seemed fresh. It appeared to be a plate of leftovers.

Staffs are extremely nice and professional. Food was excellent and the location is great (you may have dinner here after shopping and sightseeing at Gastown).

This is our second visit in 2 years since we don't live in Vancouver, however, Cork and Fin is on our must do list when we are in town. Francis the proprietor is amazing and his staff follows his lead! Excellent service, food and a terrific wine list. The ambiance is perfect, intimate, a great place for couples and small groups.

My wife and I arrived early last night for a pre-concert meal and shared the Kanto Lobster and the Roasted Salmon, while the salmon was extreamly good and something I would highly recommend, the Lobster was off the charts! We lived on the East Coast for a few years when we were younger and had many lobster dishes and cook-outs with friends, but this was the best lobster dish I have ever eaten. If you like lobster, tempura and spicy food, get this over and over again until they run out. Put some hand-cut fries on the side and get a local craft beer and enjoy a really great restaurant with an inviting vibe.

I booked this place for my friends 30th birthday since I had such a good experience the first time I went. I love the cozy ambiance, and the drinks were delicious. Food was tasty too but the portions were too small. Sincerely appreciated the complimentary birthday dessert. Unfortunately our server didnt have the best attitude - not rude and yes she did get the job done, however at a nice place like this in Gastown, I would have expected more engaging service and a response that did not feel as if our questions were bothersome or annoying because we needed more time to decide on what to order (we were all so happy catching up with eachother).

Great spot for dinner. Tucked away in the gastown neighbourhood. Delicious food, great ambiance and excellent music. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice date night, girls night or just a place to have drinks and dinner with friends.

The bartender was accommodating and knowledgeable. I didn't want the cocktails on the menu and he was able to quickly whip up another drink that was divine. Patio is definitely the best seat in the house.

Came here for my sister's 24th birthday celebration and the entire family had a great time with the tapas menu that was suggested by the waitress. There comes several options depending on the size of the group but definitely worth the pairing since getting several mains with sides gives you a better overall taste of their menu. On certain days of the week they have specials as well and the evening we visited was half off their seafood platter which had the freshest oysters I've ever had.

The restaurant itself is quite small but cozy. Very chic and modern decor as well. Also note that they had a most amazing chocolate dessert that comes in a cute little jar ! Prices can be pricey adding it all up but worth it for a special occasion.

There is some genuine value here, and especially for gastown. The halibut was particularly excellent although the crab was delicious and perhaps unsurprisingly, the steak with chimichurra was the weak link. The staff were attentive, especially after accidentally dropping our dishes. They replaced everything quickly, although the dishes were brought out all at once when a chef table dinner should come in some sequence. Good all around and will go back.
