Cork and Cleaver did not disappoint. The Japanese fried chicken appetizer was so good! We also ordered the 48oz Tomahawk board with 2 individual sides of crispy brussel sprouts, 1 individual loaded red mashed potatoes, 5 grilled jumbo shrimp, and 5 huge buttered yeast rolls. This was plenty of food for the 3 of us to share. We will definitely be back.

I was so excited to try this newer restaurant in Lexington. Thought we may have taken advantage of their previous Ribeye special but found out they were not loner offering it. Oh well, we decided to split the 18 oz ribeye ( be prepared to pay to split) and had 2 sides - mashed potatoes needed additional butter to add flavor. The ribeye was supposed to be between med rare and medium with a warmer red center. Needless to say, we cut into the middle and it looked fine. Well, the middle was the only part that had any flavor or color. Half of it was well done - all the ends and sides. Also the steak was a bit salty. Brussel sprouts were good. Wine and cocktails were good. Server was nice enough but obviously didn’t share my concerns and feedback to management or maybe she did? First and last trip there.

Wonderful evening. Excellent food. The steaks the table had were all cooked perfectly. Rivals any of the nice downtown restaurants. Our waitress Maleva was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. If your location was not so secluded at the other end of Main in Lexington I believe you would have double the customer traffic. Keep up the good work. We’ll see you again.

We made reservations for our anniversary. The service was excellent and the food was amazing. To top off the evening the staff brought out a card signed by the entire staff wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Classy and very thoughtful touch.

Thank goodness we have another fantastic steakhouse/nice restaurant in Lexington! We can have a great steak without driving to Columbia!

We arrived early, but were able to be seated right away...that was nice. The food was pretty good. We ordered the steakhouse board. The filet arrived cooked properly - medium rare. The strip steak was also cooked appropriately - medium. However, even though the receipt confirms that the ribeye was ordered medium, it was definitely closer to rare. Since we had plenty of leftovers that will be microwaved to reheat, that's okay, but I was hoping to focus on the ribeye during dinner and reheat the strip. Oh well. The brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes were excellent. I had the blueberry salad - it was amazing. My wife ordered the wedge and it was really an entire small head of iceberg - skip the wedge and stick with the blueberry. The service was excellent and we will certainly be back.

This was my first time trying this establishment. My company does a lot of outings and celebrations and we go to a lot of different food places. Usually when we win big awards, we try to go to halls or something of that nature. Tonight we tried something new and I will be honest. We will definitely be coming back. The atmosphere was amazing and it was quiet and the staff was top-tier. The ribeye steak board was amazing and the value was great. My favorite was the Dry aged ribeye.

To be honest, we went when in the first few months of opening and had a bad experience. We were reluctant to try it again but did and were very pleasantly surprised and would definitely go. Return again. Drinks, food, dessert all delicious as well as service.

We had a great experience at the Cork and Clever. The service was great, the food superb, especially the Brussel sprouts. Very friendly waiter. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the signed an anniversary card for us. Would highly recommend if you are looking for steak. Also, the side wedge salad was huge and delicious.
