We have come here numerous times before and the service was great. This time they only had 2 available lounge chairs when I had a reservation for four and never fixed this. The service was horrible and we ended up renting an umbrella and chairs for the beach to make up for their inadequacies. Our bill was still in excess of $200 for what used to cost $100 and way better service.

Great location, good service food and drinks are U.S. prices but the view is hard to beat. Both lounge chairs and large “beds”. Would definitely go back.

We were in port from a Norwegian cruise and had a reservation here on the beach. Our hope was that we had reserved a large cabana for 12 people but there aren't really exactly cabana's.... Tons of classic Mexico vendors on the beach bothering you the entire time. A little unsafe feeling. The food was very very good, but our bill was much more expensive than expected.

No recomiendo el lugar porque no respetaron mi reservación, tardaron muchisimo en atendernos, siempre dando preferencia a los extranjeros, los meseros son groseros y despotas, el costo es alto en relacion a la calidad de los alimentos. Pésima experiencia

Service was wonderful, quick and helpful. We had a lounge bed with a large umbrella. It was energetic and busy with people and music. The people selling goods had to remain on the other side of the rope on the beach which gave us time to relax and not feel like we had to continuously buy items. I would lounge and eat there again.

Tuve una experiencia muy poco placentera, era año nuevo y llegué al beach club para enterarme que había un evento de fin de año y que tenía que haber pagado mi reserva con anticipación a lo cual nunca me avisaron nada por correo, después fui a pagar para una vez adentro enterarme que tenían estación de buffet con tacos (no me gusta comer carne roja y solo había carne!) Después nisiquiera había lugar para sentarnos y terminamos sentadas en la base de la bocina con los platos en nuestras piernas..... De querer una experiencia bonita de año nuevo, terminé pagando $2900 por persona para comer tacos sentada en una bocina.....
