Warm and intimate neighborhood kitchen and gathering place offering seasonally-driven, globally-inspired flavors by Chef Javier Villatoro. Starting in his home country of Honduras, and spending 15 years as a chef in San Francisco, Coray Kitchen tells the story of how migration shapes who we are, and influences the flavors we find on the plate.

Located in the heart of Delmar, NY, Coray Kitchen delivers an elevated dining experience, fresh oyster bar, craft cocktail program, and down-to-earth atmosphere for the greater Capital Region. Indoor and outdoor dining available.

Specializing in farm-to-table, New American and California Cuisine, with a focus on scratch cooking.

Outdoor seating is seasonally available on our covered patio. Reservations can not be guaranteed if the patio needs to close due to weather related events. We always recommend bringing layers to stay warm on cooler nights.

We create custom menus driven by the seasons that exceed expectations, make lasting memories, and enhance the guest experience. Catering platter pick up, and full service off-site event catering are available.

The servers were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the mushroom special, the gnocchi and the halibut. One of our favorite restaurants in the area.

The food at Coray Kitchen is inspired. The atmosphere enchanting and relaxed. The servers friendly and knowledgable. I recommend Coray Kitchen to anyone who considers themself a foodie and to anyone who just loves a delicious meal. This is the best restaurant experience we have had in 20 years of dining in the Capital Region.

I wouldn’t want to celebrate my birthday anyplace else. The entire experience, from booking the reservation, to the service and food was top notch. It’s had to find quality vegetarian meals. I so much appreciate the thoughtful menu curation.

Incredibly delicious food. Every item we ate or drank delivered the perfect bite or sip, looked beautiful, was the perfect portion, and was unique - definitely no standard fare here. The most difficult part of our dinner was deciding what we wanted since everything sounded great! Our server was personable, and she told the specials completely and gave great suggestions. The restaurant also is beautiful and despite being a busy weekend night, our table still felt personal- we were able to speak without feeling like our fellow diners were joining us. Lovely experience overall… can’t wait to go back when it’s warmer and we can check out the patio!

What a special place in the area! It was our first time dining here and we were blown away by everything we tried. CORAY Kitchen is without a doubt one of our new favorite spots that we plan to visit regularly!

Couldn't recommend this place enough. The attention to detail really puts this place over the top. The seasonal menu is clearly crafted with a passionate, thoughtful approach and the servers and staff match that energy in their enthusiasm to make you feel welcomed. My paella was incredible, and my fiancée was equally impressed with the calamari and her lobster pasta. If you're thinking about trying this place, it won't be long before you're like me and thinking about how OFTEN you can go once you do.
