Our private room, or Jasmine Room as we call it, can comfortably accomodate up to 36 people in a sit down event. Often used for Birthday Parties, Showers, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate Holiday Events and Private Brunch Buffets it features a flat-screen TV with laptop connectivity, French Doors for exclusivity and independant music and A/C controls. Surrounded by hand-drawn Parisian artwork you can dine on your choice of three set menus and Hors D'oeuvres found under the Menus tab on this website. Keep in mind all menu options are flexible and we strive to meet the needs of your party, no matter how unique. From full restaurant rental to bar stand-up events we can provide the space necessary.

We decided to check it out on Mothers day. At 6:30 the two rooms were packed and noisy. The friendly waited was prompt with the drinks an bread with some dip. The order was taken and it took awhile to arrive. We ordered 2 beet salad, 2 casoulet, grilled salmon and steak frites. When they arrived one of the casoulet was replaced with something else. The server asdured us thet it would be corrected in 8 minutes. It was in 20. Meanwile 3 of us finished our meal. The salmon was very good. The steak came medium rare instead of medium well but was tasty. The casoulets one was left too long in the oven and the duck confit was pretty dry. The late one was better. We went for deserts. The crepes wer great. The creme brûle was average. In general an average experience. We na go there again in a quieter day.

I made reservations for my daughter , her co-worker and Boss. My daughter and I have been to this restaurant and have been extremely happy ..... Until this last visit. My daughter ordered (and was looking forward) to the black pasta with fish. The waiter brought her plain linguini . Because her Boss was there she was embarrassed to complain . However, upon leaving my daughter whispered to the waiter " I thought I ordered the black linguini". The waiter said " you did but we ran out" In my opinion the waiter should have told her right from the start , please order something else. Nothing was taken off her bill , no compensation what so ever. My daughter had a few bites and that was it. I've taught her NEVER send food back as you will be eating at least 20 minutes after everyone else. Nevertheless. She wasn't even given theat option anyway. I know that when something is out of stock we are told right off the bat as every time I attend this restaurant I'm told that the mussels are not in. Sorry but this restaurant won't be seeing any of us for a long time , if ever .

It's always a fun time at Coquine. The ambiance is upbeat and energetic and the service is excellent. Food is always good and you can get the best deal in town by buying a bottle of Veuve for the table. Highly recommend.

I went there with a very good friend of mine and we had a very good experience at Coquine. From the time we entered the restaurant we were welcomed by a very friendly and smiling face. The food took a bit of time to come, but it was worth every minute. It was exquisite and the ambiance added to the intimacy of the experience. I would recommend this gem to anyone who likes quiet, romantic places with fine cuisine.

Coquine was found online after searching for restaurants in the Yonge & Eglinton area. This one had so many great reviews and now I know why. The restaurant has a cozy feel and the service was incredible. Our waitress (Maria) was very friendly and made us feel right at home. She went above and beyond and took a few pictures of us since we were out celebrating a milestone birthday. The food was amazing, my plate was clean and for me that's hard to do. We had the Ceasar salad to start, the Cotelette due Porq & the Pôulet Rôti and for dessert the Creme Brulee. So good. We went on a Monday evening and when we arrived there were quite a few diners there and during our dinner a few more patrons were in and out. We ended up closing the joint cause of so much fun we had. We will definitely be back and would recommend this place to friends. The restaurant is very known and I wish I had known about it sooner but it was a great first time experience. Fin.

We went as a group for New Years Eve. The food was really good, especially the surf and turf and it is such a fun place, excellent wine too. We are already talking about doing the same thing next New Years.
