   We had a wonderful experience today at Coquette for a birthday celebration. My chefs special of mushroom tart was outstanding. My husband had omelet and said best he ever had. Our guest had French Kiss oysters and loved them also the ham sandwich and frittes were outstanding. Best cappuccino also. Francesca was our waitress and made the experience so fabulous!

   My wife and I were very pleased with our dining experience at Coquette. Each dish that we tried was well-prepared. The service was spot on. We loved seeing so many dining guests in attendance that were dressed quite nicely. Great job to everyone at Coquette. We will gladly return here when visiting Charlotte.

   I have always loved Coquette! And do enjoy its energetic atmosphere, however the last time ordering my favorite Brussels salad, it has changed dramatically. The Brussels sprouts were brown and crispy not green and tender. I do not eat fried food and was surprised but I tried it anyway. Still prefer original preparation to burnt taste. The pomme frittes were thick not like the thin originals And there were no almond croissants! My guest found the flavors of their food good but not the best they’ve had. Maybe an off day for the chef. Will give them 1 more try.

    Great food and atmosphere! Went for a birthday dinner and had a blast! Food came out extremely quick.
