Our first time! All four of us loved our selections! The Roquefort salad was my favorite. I also enjoyed the mussels. The guys had both chicken main courses and my friend had the tomato tart. Everyone raved about the food. Service from our waiter was good although the bar was slow. The manager made sure we enjoyed ourselves.

First the good: the ambience and decor was stunning, and that is where it ends. The eggs for the Benedict’s were very under cooked, it took an additional 20 minutes to heat the eggs and the server was not friendly at all. It was overpriced for what it was and was not. Overall not a great experience, we will not be visiting again.

Sadly, the menu has changed. No longer can you order steak and Frites. Additionally the muscle recipe has clearly changed. It has gone from a robust zesty flavorful broth to a creamy bland one. In the summer months, I don’t understand why you would have coq au vin and beef bourguignon on the menu. It seems lighter seafood and poultry forward options would make more sense. That said, our server Jackson was outstanding!! The ambiance dining al fresco was wonderful! And as always, the French Kiss oysters are like no other!

Wonderful lunch at Coquette. The food was delicious and service was very good. The cappuccino after lunch was excellent and it was nice they had oat milk as well as regular milk.

Unfortunately, the patio wasn’t open as I had hoped. I understand that there are staffing shortages. The Coke Benedict is not at all what I expected. It was not my favorite. That said everything else was wonderful. I was fortunate enough to have Jackson as my waiter again he’s the best! Absolutely the best! I had fabulous wines. Your new champagne is very tasty. Your rosé is also very good. Coke is my favorite restaurant in Charlotte. I’ll be back.
