Service was good but already very loud by 7:15 and lost my voice yelling across the table to my friends.
Amateur hour! Food sucks, but if you are 22 and drunk it’s probably good.
Very fun place. Rooftap deck is very nice. Note: very young crowd - we seemed to be the only ones overy 30 in the whole place! Drinks and food were very good - I had a great burger and some of the best fries I ever had.
Service was initially very poor - we were seated and never waited on, even after repeated flagging down waitstaff and one even told the front desk. This went on for about half an hour. We finally moved ourselves to another table that seemed to have more active waitstaff and were able to order, but only after we proactively flagged down a waitress. Not sure what's going on with their process, but definitely something needs attention. When we finally did secure a waitress, however, she was very good and we enjoyed our meal.
Francesca was a great server, especially for our rambunctious group!
Fine. Exactly what one would expect Rises to adequate
Really fun place to go with friends/family. Went on the 4th of July and the staff was really nice and accommodating.
Could tell the restaurant was understaffed. Long wait for everything. Food was delicious and servers were working hard to keep up.
we had a gift certificate to use-and it was so worth it. we had our two kids with us-(who eat for free on the weekends)-who knew? the service was great-the food was good and we had a great experience. highly recommend!
21st birthday. Had a table, saw the first server only once—she disappeared. Finally grabbed another one who was apologetic & nice. By that time, she could only serve us drinks—no food. That was disappointing. Overall, Coppersmiths has a great vibe & we had a fun night celebrating. The free parking made life really easy!
I loved it! The food was good all the staff was very kind and the aesthetic was nice. I just wish the price was a bit lower for some of the entrees
Fun but food is just okay! Drinks are good though.
Love this place. Food is great. Drinks are great. I enjoy the outside seating as the inside is packed. Music is great.
There were rats running around the tables outside
Great food and great drinks! Really nice that they have free lots for patron use. Definitely would return!
Food was nothing remarkable. Overpriced for what you got. Disappointing.
Nice spot with good service and food. Great drinks.
Good food. Drinks were super expensive and had little (if any) alcohol in them.
Honestly the drinks were great but the food was so disgusting we had to send it back and I’ve never done that in my entire life. The Buffalo chicken dip looked like something a drunk college kid makes at 2am. Basically zero spice, some shredded chicken, and gas station fake cheese. No color. Just fake yellow. Very disappointed.
The vibe is great for a Southie bar. However, do NOT come to Coppersmith if you’re expecting excellent service of any kind. If yo
Took us 30 mins just to get our water and to have the waiter intro himself to us. Almost left. Luckily food came out speedily after that but they also brought out a wrong dish. Just moved to Boston and probably won’t be back for brunch but it’s a super cute space and I’m sure is fun for drinks!
Service was quite slow, our bill was completely wrong, and the food was very average (except the fried oreos). drinks were delicious.
Great service on a very busy Friday night. Kudos to all the staff!
Terrible Buffalo chx dip - was cold the whole way through. Waited 20min after being seated before we had drinks. Tiny chicken sliders. Fries were amazing.
The drinks were ok, sat outside on the patio and it was still very loud. Food was pretty basic. The buffalo cauliflower bites were the best part of the meal.
Ugh not sure what happened to this place! It used to be so fun—and once had great food! The outdoors has been transformed into a Truly seltzer deck with astroturf, and the roof deck closed. Bartender was rude to my friends who’s Android phones don’t open their QR code menu, and server at the table was absent, inattentive and seemed annoyed to have to take our table. “Charred broccoli” app was not charred, but rather boiled in a vat of sauce—-not an appetizer to share, but rather an overly sauced side. Buffalo chicken dip was gross. No buffalo sauce. More like nacho cheese from a convenience store, and the chicken had a weird canned taste to it—not like canned chicken, but more like canned tuna. We had planned on eating dinner, but left after the apps. A disappointing experience for sure—especially since we used to love the food, ambiance, service. :-/
This was hands down the worst service I’ve ever experienced in Boston. Not only was the staff awful but they didn’t even oblige to my reservation. If you enjoy terrible service this is spot.
Boyfriend and I came out for date night to watch the Bruins. We sat at the bar and had excellent service, great food and drinks. We love this spot
The food was great, there was trouble with menus, and paying on the app
Place is electric
Always a fun time here. Great drinks and great food. Whenever out of town friends visit I always make a point to come here
Nice spot for a Sunday brunch. Service was good. The noise volume was really high.
My server was nice, but slow and not very attentive. The food was just OK.
Had a great experience! Friendly and efficient staff, delicious food, great value
Food was awful enough to ruin the good service
Got a great spot on the rooftop and we were allowed to bring our small pooch! Unfortunately about halfway through our waitress never really came back to our table so we weren’t able to get more drinks like we hoped. Fig and brie pizza was super good and the chicken sliders were overpriced and not that good. Fun for drinks but not the best restaurant experience.
I always get great service and friendly servers when there. Food is always quick, hot and fresh. The best part of this place is the drinks, they make great cocktails and have a very good selection of beer and wine as well.
Slow services. Food?average. Not consisten with menu schedule in web page
We had such a great time! Great food, drinks, music and service,
Very cool ambiance and vibe. Service was pretty slow despite not being very crowded. The food was just okay. The crispy chicken sliders barely had any old bay aioli, and the fish in the fish and chips was soggy. Will give it another shot at some point. 3/5
Overall great customer service and food. Staff was very attentive and we received our food within minutes. I would also recommend their cocktails.
