Once again an absolutely amazing meal, the most delicious cocktails and outstanding service! Carly was our server and she was the absolute BEST! Copper is always a go to for us, but honestly knowing it was a busy date (12/1) and a Friday evening I considered trying someplace new. Thankful to have made reservations in advance and we decided to go to Copper - never disappointed, ALWAYS consistent and to have the best server to boot = a perfect evening :)

At Copper the service was great. The trout was very good. The peach cobbler was worldclass, probably the best peach cobbler I have ever had. The noise level was a little high, the table next to us was very energetic.

We live in Helena, MT and have wanted to try Copper for a few years, but with the long drive home we knew we'd want to do an overnight. Decided our 25th wedding anniversary would be the best time to make that happen. Both my husband and I love whiskey, which is one of the main reasons we chose Copper, so we can try the whiskey flights. We showed up on a busy Friday night to find our booth wasn't ready yet. The hostess immediately offered to cover a round of drinks free while they got things figured out. We went to the bar area to have our drinks and after a short wait we were seated in our booth. Every service staff that came to our table wished us a happy anniversary, making us feel very special. Then the food started coming, and I have to say the food was even better than the whiskey! I had the filet and my husband the chicken, oh, and the goat cheese bruschetta (WOW....amazing). Everything was cooked perfectly! When we went to check out our server said the manager also comped the appetizer! It may have started a tad rocky, but you have won us over for life, and we will be back. We will also share with all our Helena friends/family how amazing your establishment is! Thank you for making our 25th so special!

This was my second trip there. The food is outstanding. We’ve had the Buffalo meatloaf and the filet. Both were amazing. You have to get the MacNCheese. If you’re a bourbon guy, the smoked old fashion is one of the best I’ve had, and I have tried quite a few around the country. It’s pricey, but the ambience and food is well worth it.

The cheese curds were a delight to our two college students. We were all eager to try the side of Mac and cheese but felt a little disappointed in the lack of flavor. Three out of four of us had steaks which were flavorful and cooked to our liking. Service was spot on, and the atmosphere was fun.

A reservation is helpful and what are the odds both times we have come in the last 2 months we got Taylor as our server. Super friendly and on top of it. Food came out quickly , even though the place was pretty full on a Friday night . Looking forward to coming in again in the future !

We have a very good meal. My husband had the meatloaf and I had the shrimp & grits. Both meals were very tasty. We sat at a high top in the bar so it was a little noisy but that's to be expected. Chris was our waiter and he was GREAT. The Copper has always been consistently good. We'll be back.

Great bar. Very good food. The waiter was decent. What ruined the experience was the processing fee Copper charged for paying with a credit card. Despite the manager claiming the menu provided a disclaimer, it was not conspicuous. Nor did the waiter advise when I offered a credit card to pay the bill. Worse yet, the manager was unapologetic and defended the processing fee, claiming other restaurants in Bozeman were also charging a credit card processing fee. We spent a week in Bozeman: NO OTHER RESTAURANT CHARGED A PROCESSING FEE!

Bison meatloaf was amazing; more of a hamburger steak than meatloaf. Others in our party had truffle fries with half chicken and a ribeye steak. Brisket tacos great too. Least favorite were the fried pickles. Service great and a couple tvs for sports without feeling like a pure sports bar.

All was perfection until we waited 30 minutes for our check. Would have been longer had we not flagged someone down. The food was well worth the bit of inconvenience. Incredible steak, scrumptious Mac & Cheese, and the trout was perfect. Brussels are always a good idea and they prepared them without overcooking. I could have eaten only Brussels and been in heaven!

Taylor did a great job, very helpful with food and drink choices. The best burger I have had in a long time and the trout was great as always (my wife would have liked a little more of the great sauce on it). Thank you.

Fantastic food. We had butternut squash bruschetta, and I had the filet and my husband had the wedge salad with hanger steak. All came out fast, food was hot and prepared exactly how we wanted. The steak quality was fantastic. Was even able to get a table at 8:30pm on a Friday night. Would definitely recommend.
