   The filet was the best I have had in five years. The cast iron skillet Mac and cheese was quite possibly the best I have EVER had. Be patient, the wait staff is still learning.

   Our experience was great! The food and drinks were amazing and priced reasonably! Our service was spectacular even though they were short staffed. Definitely a go to spot if you’re staying in Big Sky!

   Service was bad, food was worse. Ravioli had so much salt it was nauseating. Waiter didn’t bother to ask how we wanted the prime rib. It came out well done. Seriously! Worst old fashioned I’ve ever had.

    Waiter seemed uninterested, didn’t provide nightly special until asked, assumed on sides rather than asking, never filled water or ask about drinks. Steak was tough and cooked well in one side and medium on other , husbands meatloaf a weird texture. Not impressed

    Dinner for the fam after a long day on Big Sky. The food and service were excellent. As you can imagine, the whiskey selection is impressive, which allowed us to sample several local brands as well as some established favorites. Highly recommended.

    Service and attitudes terrible. Caesar salads were excellent. Main meal took one hour to receive from time we sat down. Two burgers came with cold fries and one burger was cremated. Server did bring hot fries out which was nice. Meatloaf was mediocre at best. Had to keep asking for water. Big disappointment.

    Best pork chop I’ve had in awhile. Cooked perfectly and the rub on it was excellent! Crispy Brussels Sprouts and mashed great on the side. Drinks and service were great. Booth beautiful and comfortable. Love the decor. Definitely worth it to leave the mountain.

    What a fun place. The menu is terrific. I had the burger and it was juicy and delicious. We tried the artichoke dip and loved that too. The whisky selection is top notch. They have a great locally distilled gin too.

    I had dinner here 2 years ago and it was great. This time, it was much more busy than the last time. The staff tried very hard to make this a good experience. I just think that, this time, they were understaffed for the numbers of patrons.

    We were very disappointed in the food. My son paid for the entire bill which was pricey. He ordered a hamburger with no cheese. When he received his meal, there was cheese on his burger. The server apologized and brought back another in seconds. The cheese was just scraped off and he didn't get a newly made burger. The cheese was on the burger and the plate. Other food choices were bland.

    Great location but you must have a reservation. First night we were turned down at the door. Service was fair but it took 45-50 min for our meals to arrive. Overall on the food was good.

    This was our last night in Big Sky. Made a reservation at Copper to celebrate. Reservation was made well in advance. When we arrived they wanted to seat us in an area not suitable for children (we had 3). We asked for another table. You could tell they were annoyed. 2 hours after we arrived we still did not have food. And we weren’t asked about drink refills. I’m fact we served ourselves water. There was no apology. Only excuses. But it was clear people around us who came in after we’re getting served. This place needs to shut down until they have restaurant management experience. Overall the service was bad. The managers attitude was bad. I have never had a worse experience and I travel extensively. We finally got our food to go. Cold burnt steak is not my idea of a great meal. Don’t go!

    Restaurant seems negatively affected by staffing shortages. Server pushed us to order before apps came. Asked server if burgers could be cooked to order and asked for medium rare, abs server said yes. Did not see server again after we ordered, and burgers came back well done. Under seasoned fries - I had to walk over to server stand to find some seasoning. They were out of the crispy Brussels and no Buffalo trace bourbon. The upside is the bartender is great, and made an excellent old fashioned. We had a similar experience 2 weeks ago here. Would we go back? Probably not until next season and will see if the reviews have improved.

    Appetizers were great and happy hour menu decent. We thought it was a great start but when we received our burgers they were all cooked well done (ordered med rare/medium). Server did not come back to check on our meal and it would have taken too long to remake as the kitchen was already behind so we suffered through. If I go back it would only be for appetizers and drinks but there are other places to try that are probably better.

    We loved the look of this place and ordered the wonderful whisky cocktails during happy hour. Our food experience was positive but a few off notes. Bison meatloaf was liked by all, but Caesar salad was just ok. Steak frites had generous portion of frites done just right, but steak a little tough. These are quibbles and should not discourage anyone from trying this fine establishment. We would return.
