Our Executive Chef, Aaron Butts, has twice been nominated for the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the Midwest. He works with local farmers and artisans to source proteins, produce, and baked goods to provide you with the highest quality ingredients.

Our cocktail program has been nominated for a Tales of the Cocktail award for best bar/restaurant cocktail menu. We have one of the largest selections of whiskey, bourbon, rye, and scotch in Indiana. Our cocktail menu features over one hundred classic cocktails, seasonal house cocktails created by our bar team and an extensive list of spirits, wines and beers.

We are passionate about hospitality and our craft. We put a lot of care in absolutely everything we do! Be prepared to sit back, relax, and enjoy the experience.

We are located at the Harrison Building downtown Fort Wayne. Our back yard is Parkview Field, which gives us the best patio seating around. Go Tin Caps! Must be 21 + to enter!

    We came to Copper Spoon to celebrate our 1 year wedding anniversary. This was our first time there and we were not disappointed. We only came for drinks but those bartenders know their stuff. We both tried cocktails we’d never had before and we constantly commented on how well they were mixed snd that the flavors were on point. Our server was attentive without being annoying and she had a wonderful personality. It is a little pricey, so it won’t be an everyday thing, but we will definitely go back.

    In our opinion, Copper Spoon is the absolute best restaurant in the Fort Wayne area. It offers ambiance, outstanding and friendly service, superb food and drinks, and a convenient downtown location close to public parking and the ballpark. We dined there tonight for our anniversary and experienced the same outstanding experience we’ve had previously. Tonight we had Katie as our server and she was friendly, professional, and so proficient. The menu changes a bit on a regular basis and we’ve never had a dish that disappointed. The serving sizes are generous and we often bring some of dinner home with us. Overall, you owe it to yourself to try Copper Spoon - you won’t be disappointed!

    Noah our waiter was fabulous. From the time we sat down until we left, he was very attentive. He recommended the Whipped Feta which was so delicious. Food was excellent as always. Highly recommend Copper Spoon.

    Out of some items that we wanted to try. Felt a little rushed as we were talking at the end thinking about dessert. Portion size of meal was huge. Dessert was delicious. Loved that several staff members stopped to grab empty ones off table. Didn’t know about wine discount so that was a bonus.

    First time dining here and I had my hopes high because they touted having a two time James Beard award winning chef. Let me you….they did not disappoint! First the ambiance is beautiful and draws you in from there. It’s generously stocked with all the spirits you can imagine to make their award winning signature craft cocktails. But dinner….it was amazing!! I cleaned my plate and forgot to take a pic of my food. We started with the insalata mista and I had the yellow fin tuna while me friend had the ribeye. We split the sweet potatoes which were amazing!! No complaints from the host to the decor to the wait staff to our dinner! Flawless execution on everything. I am here until Sunday and plan to Go BACK there on Saturday night! 💕

    My Husband LOVED it! He gave a Chef's Kiss after finishing his steak! I have avoided bringing him ONLY because it's out of town for us AND the menu is not traditional but after going to likely my 5th drug-rep dinner (& it being the best one yet), I decided to have him try it. We will be back!

    From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the entire staff & cared for like we were the only guests they had. Our first visit, certainly won’t be our last. Unique cocktails, delicious & well-portioned meals, an intimate atmosphere, & attentive staff quickly put Copper Spoon at the top of our favorite restaurants list.

    Food was just 'ok'..... just expected more for the price point. Martini was served in a very small glass, which, again at that price point, expected more. Unfortunately, we had to wait 30-45 minutes past our reservation time due to the table before us not leaving in adequate time.....Maybe the reservations need to be spaced out more????? Also, this is not the restaurant's fault, but there was an absolutely loud table next to us that ruined our already not so superior experience. Service was good, though. We will be back though, in hopes that we have a better overall experience.

    Always on my list of favorites in dtfw, my latest visit to Copper Spoon was wonderful. I enjoyed a very good Pinot Noir and perfectly seared yellowfin tuna. Our server was attentive, while allowing us to relax and appreciate an unhurried evening. The candle lit ambience of the dining room felt like a special occasion although it was a Thursday night.
