Two of us, who had never been to the Copper Pot dined there for lunch on a Monday, a bit late for lunch, thus there were few people left in the restaurant at that time. The service was very good and the owner was very attentive and helpful in responding to questions about various items. We look forward to going back with a few more friends so we can sample more of the delicious menu.

I took my family of eight to the Copper Pot for my Grandaughter's birthday and we had a wonderful meal. I have taken my family members to the Copper Pot on several times since we have moved to Edmonds several weeks ago and we have never been dfisappointed in the quality of the outstanding Indian food served there. This is one of my top go to places in Edmonds.

I thought the food was almost perfect, they usually have the napkins folded in a unique way. And the serve the food in copper pots, the food is deep with flavor and I always ask for their special hotsauce and highly recommend the lamb curry.

Terrific Indian food, on par with many of the well known and great Indian restaurants in Seattle. Mango Chicken is a personal favorite!
