   If I could, I’d give the service 10 stars in place of the 5 that I did! Sheldon and Noah are outstanding and in my mind, true assets for the establishment. The food is excellent as it is at its sister restaurant, The Blue Taj. The owner, Pannu, is a very gifted restaurateur.

   Perry was an amazing server- super attentive, answered all of our questions, and offered spot-on recommendations. Everything was seasoned wonderfully with perfect levels of heat and so much flavor. Will definitely return! The only thing that could have been better was more AC in the front room with windows- the view and natural lighting were gorgeous but it was 85 degrees outside and we were sweating by the time we finished eating. This didn't detract from a 5/5 experience!

   Overall a good experience. The lamb dish we had was great but the chicken was only OK. The samosas were fried just a tad bit too much. We like Copper and it was an enjoyable dining experience - just not a stand-out experience.
