Had a late business dinner. The cocktails were awful. Not sure if they had a new bartender or not. Ordered two mixed drinks and took 1 sip. Not mixed correctly and one was a margarita. The strawberry mix wasn’t just warm but almost too hot to be refreshing. Ordered a Filet, it was cooked properly but lacked flavor and needed steak sauce to taste. Not what I expected spending $200 for a meal. The waiter was great and very accommodating to our requests. We did need drink refills but he was doing the best that he could. When the drink wasn’t drinkable, he offered to take it off the bill. The manager seemed to question this extremely hard. However, we wanted desert but didn’t wanna try. Disappointed and was hoping it would be better than a “chain” steakhouse but fell short. Will not be taking clients back there.

Our first visit was to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with friends. Everything about the evening was excellent. This was our first visit to the restaurant and we certainly be back.

Copper Cellar is our go-to place on Thursdays—half-priced oysters and reduced-price drinks in the bar. We then go into the restaurant for dinner if we're still hungry. The servers at the restaurant are the best.

The brunch buffet is a great deal and one of the only ones left in town after COVID. Happy to stuff ourselves full of prime rib, cheesecake, and waffles for a reasonable price of 28.95 ++

disappointed in the food; which was mediocre and not nearly as good as visits in the past. Baked potato old and dried out, even with toppings. Pork chop over cooked and a bit dry. Service was not bad, but not great.

An excellent dinner out at Cappuccino's - starting with our server, Leah who was attentive and responsive to every need. The salads (Caprese and Beef & Goat Cheese) were excellent - great taste and not too big or not too small. The entries were very tasty and enough to take home for the next day's lunch. We'll be back!

I've been going to Copper Cellar West for decades. It's nice to have a familiar and consistent go-to when I'm in Knoxville. Delicious food and excellent service always.

It is a wonderful dining experience. Great food, great service and most of all great ambience. I know people often want the restaurant to be updated, but it is a bit of a time capsule to an era where dining was a bit more of an experience. It was a great loss when the Cumberland Avenue Copper Cellar Down Under was lost due to progress. We were young and we were there when the first two opened. I hope this one remains as it is, as long as I'm around. If so, I'll keep dining there!
