We made a reservation to eat prior to comedy show and when we get there no one is there to seat us took forever to come to our table and had to ask for menus and when ready to order took another while and same for drinks, I’d hate to see when the place was really busy - I would recommend if service was better
Fun atmosphere, beer choice awesome, thanks
Great food, a nice selection of beer choices, fun, upbeat live music, great service.
good food convenient location. the live bands are always great entertainment.
Great music and great food and very good service everything was great!
Our food & drinks were made horribly!! All night we mentioned to our waitress, that our drinks didn’t have enough alcohol.. basically didn’t do nothing about it. I think she was just overwhelmed with the other people she had to attend to. On top of that we paid and left and she charged my bill onto my friends card. And my card was charged..
Well when I got there on time I waited for over ten minutes to be seated. Then after waiting around ten minutes before anybody came to our table that was reserved for me for my Birthday. A young lady did come over to greet us but the tall skinny white female with long hair bartender just looked over at us and kept it moving not even tryn to greet or nothing and we were sitting in the bar area. So y’all service was cramp however, the place was cool 😎 and the vibe was really chill.
Seated right away, but it took half an hour to be greeted. They couldn't decide who our waitress would be, and when that was finally decided, we were visited only a few times, so we had to make sure to order everything we wanted for the night all at once and grab our own utensils and napkins. Seated in a high traffic spot with a table that didn't look like it belonged there, table wobbled alot, so I had to put napkins under one side, we were next to people with children going back and forth to the bathroom in front and near us. The live music was pretty much the only good thing about the experience.
Our food was good, we had the steak bites. The service was not good, the waitresses and waiters were all busy having social time with one another, it was not easy to get our waitresses attention, which we had to do every time we needed a drink, or wanted to order.
Best New Years event in a crazy time. Love this place always.
First time here. Came to see a good friend play in his band. Great experience. Will come back again.
Band was great!! Drinks were made well’ Service was poor; failed to provide utensils or napkins. When we asked for some she gave us a few small paper squares used as coasters under drinks. We had party of 3 ladies and she gave is 1 bill. Food is over-priced for what it actually is. I will be back for the music, but I’ll prepare for less-than-great service.
Went for our friends bday and no only was the service and social distancing great but the live music was amazing!!! 10/10 recommend!!
Made a dinner reservation through open table only to be told upon arrival they were not serving food and were serving very limited drinks. Very disappointing
Great food and service! Definitely will come back again.
Our table was waiting when we got there. The server was super nice and gave us excellent service. The food came out quick and was satisfactory. The band was great that night! The drink and food was at full price and really added up. Part of that's on us. I would definitely return! What a fun night!
Different band then what was on the website & parking issues
The chicken nachos and pretzels with beer cheese sauce were outstanding! The Brussels sprouts were very bland. Service was incredibly slow and drink glasses sat empty for at least 10 minutes while we were eating. Our appetizers took over 20 minutes to come out.
Server was great but super slow. Took awhile to get drinks
Chicken was dry. Service wasn’t great.
Sent back a few items. Chicken was like rubber. Service wasn’t good, very slow. Complete waste of $100
Good food, good music. Great atmosphere for an evening out.
Really enjoyed our evening. Great service from the cocktail wait staff, drinks came out quickly and well made and wait staff checked on us many times through the evening to insure we had everything we needed and the music was great. Only one hitch in the evening was that it took over 45 minutes for our cast iron skillet special chocolate chip cookie to come out of the kitchen and it was a little burnt on the bottom.
I was really hoping this would be a better experience. We had a reservation, but was given a worse table than the walk in's. We waited 15 minutes before a waitress came to our table and 10 minutes each time before they returned to take our orders. We went on a saturday night and the music was sub par. We wont be returning.
Very entertaining with a band that does Karaoke the people singing were excellent !
Love the loaded nachos Would recommend
Reservation was for 545. We arrived early at 525 and were seated promptly (party of 2) we were at our table for 60 minutes and saw our waitress two times; I had to find her to pay our bill. The service was horrible; I was trying to observe if it was due to us being a table of 2 and many other group tables. Another waitress was very kind and helpful which clearly made up for our horrible service. The food was appropriately priced considering we went for happy hour. If we paid full price, I would be very dissatisfied.
The food and portion sizes were good. Service was slow, but it was busy. The live band was great but the volume was WAY TOO LOUD. Impossible to carry on a conversation at our table and had to shout to order food and drinks. If the volume was turned down a little I would have rated 5 stars. I normally listen to my music loud, but in a social setting it was just too much.
Aaron Loveless was amazing!!! We had out of town guests and wanted to show them a great downtown experience and Copper Blues did not disappoint! The food, the atmosphere, the service... amazing! We will be back!
Service was very pleasant but one glass of wine/beer was delivered at at a time. Food came out at different times. Music made it hard to talk...and was not conducive to dining
Terrible service. Sat our large group at the tiniest table. Food took forever and some of our groups food came out cold. We will never return.
Bad idea. Poor food and service. Won't make this mistake again.
Suns game with family. Definitely loud but an overall great experience. Service good, food a lot better than expected (pep pizza and brussel app). Great beer tap selection. Location was convenient to dine before Sums game.
Pretty Noisy. Food was good. Price was Great! Will try their store at Desert Ridge
Food was very good! Options were excellent and drinks were excellent. We enjoy great service without anyone hovering over us. We wanted to visit and relax and we were able to do that and enjoy/share several Small Plates.
Would definitely go again
First time. It was good. Food was nothing special, but no complaints. Service was slow, especially when we were first seated. No one came to our table for 10-15 minutes. It was OK after that. Nice band playing, but overall noise level was pretty high even though we chose to sit outside. Location was perfect for us, as we were headed to a show at the Comerica Theater. Pretty nice part of town. I’m from Tucson, but I would go back if I’m in the area.
My wife and I went to Copper Blues as the start of our anniversary weekend celebration. We had a fabulous waitress - TAmy who took great care of us. Awesome "Meat Lovers Pizza". We will definitely return.
Service was a little slow as we’re seated to when we were greeted by who would be taking care of us. It appeared they had plenty of people working, so maybe they had a rush right at that time. Once we were attended it went great from there. The atmosphere is great. Loved the stage being elevated behind the bar.
Horrible service on 8/31. I ordered a beer 3x. We left after 30 minutes and little service. Poor management.
Like many others here our experience was less than desirable. Our server could’ve cared less if she helped us and it showed. When asked if there was a basic hamburger she pushed the menu my companion was holding down pointed at the Copper burger and said very annoyingly “what do you want on it?” When asked if a Caesar salad was an option the response was a flat yeah. When our food was served no salad and the individual who served our food (not our server) said nothing for a side was marked so she guessed. My hamburger was to have mustard on it which was absent and our burger patties were almost raw not the medium we ordered. It is not likely we will return.
We were on our way to a show at the Valley Bar and wanted a quick bite and some cold beverages. Our large group of 13 arrived at 6pm and we were out the door before 8pm. Jessie and her server friends kept the drinks fresh and our food was delicious. There was also live music, performed solo with more than just acoustics. We will tell everyone where to go pre-show!
