Outstanding food, great place, great service...Can't say enough about the place
Great time for Sunday brunch band!
Great service and food
Go and enjoy some perfectly fried wings and decent steak bites. The ambiance is also lovely with good customer service to match.
It was both good and bad
after being seated and ready to order waitresses stood and talked a lot to each other before waiting on us
and at times a second waitress came over to help when we were sitting for long periods to see if we were ok or to take a drink order
the main waitress said coke was flat and would bring a fresh one... never happened and when I asked for a sprite instead she brought another coke 🤷♂️
wings were good but the kitchen staff that brought it out didn't give us plates or silverware again we had to try to get the attention of our main waitress that was busy talking with the others ...
all in all, I wouldn't say it was horrible but coming from the service industry it was sub-par
we probably would have ordered more food if service was better
I will say I liked the offer for great seats at the comedy club next door that itself made it worth it and the best thing our waitress did was get us in the comedy club system seating as soon as asked. The seat location was perfect and the show was fantastic!
No hostess, sat ourselves in the bar area, small menu, large beer selection
The food and drinks were excellent, the waitresses, though, were more concerned with what was going on at the bartending station and each other than with their customers. I usually tip a minimum of 20.00 no matter where I go, but this was the first 10.00 night I've had in a long time.
Great place, music sounded good. Rock Lobster is such a fun band. They get great bands at Copper Blues. Food was good as well, Will keep going.
Nothing live at the time we went. Typical bar food. Nothing special.
My wife and I went to the Copper Blues before the Eagles concert. Location was great relative to Footprint Center, ambiance was definitely “rock n roll” which we really enjoyed. Food was average and overpriced. It was a good place to go prior to a rock concert, but not a great dinner place.
The service was poor.the place looked terrible, dirty, the staff looked like they were found in homeless shelters.
Service was slow, as usual, and the food was okay, not great
We really loved this place. Beer choice was wonderful and happy hour menu perfect before our concert. Everyone got a little of everything! The chili wings were amazing!
The only bad thing was it was hot. The ac needed to be adjusted. Other than that it was such a fun place to be on a Thursday night.
Great venue for Sunday afternoon to listen to a great band (Hustlerz) while simultaneously glancing at the football games on big screens while enjoy libations and food. Fun time. Great service.
I brought my family for brunch!! So much fun and the food was incredible!!
The food is amazing! And there is always great energy…never disappoints!
Great band. Service very slow had to look for waitress every time we needed a drink
We went here as our 1 year anniversary and it was amazing! The service, the food, the live band especially was the best experience I've had in a long while. I've been to pain in the grass concerts and to be honest, the atmosphere and energy that the band gave was way more fun than even that. Great job everyone, now I want to live in Phoenix because of you guys!
It was loud because of a concert. It was also busy, which we understood and were willing to be patient. We simply had a poor server who couldn't keep up, didn't stay professional, or didn't feel bad about it. We arrived for a 6:00 reservation and couldn't order drinks or food till 6:25. Our drinks came at 6:45. Appetizers came with our meals (with one meal missing) at 7:25. The place had basically cleared out (the concert started at 7:00) and we were will sitting there with crappy service. When the last meal (pepperoni pizza) came out, it was boiling hot, overcooked on the top, and the dough undercooked on the bottom. Getting napkins or utensils was difficult along with any refills. Every time our server came over she complained. Overall, the whole experience was bad. Food was mediocre, pizza was awful, drinks were good, the environment cool, bathrooms were dirty and missing toilet paper, and awful service. I never write bad reviews, but this one really deserved it.
I got an email from Stand Up Live that if I reserved a table at either Chico Malo or CB I get VIP table for the comedy show. I decided to go to CB. I ordered beer, brussels sprouts and chicken wings. The brussels sprouts were terrible. They were Under cooked, way too salty and a ton of garlic. Those were the worst brussels sprouts I've ever had. Next time I will be going to Chico Malo. The only thing great about this place was the service. They came by often to refill my beers and ask if I needed anything else.
We asked to be moved because we were seated by a noisy party that kinda took over our area. When I asked the hostess if We could be moved So we could hear each other talk and our table not be bumped, she rolled her eyes at me and told me she had to ask. I felt she could have handled that much better!!!
Their brunch food is fabulous and the bands have been so fun
Rock & Brunch was a fun way to showcase good live music ( Led Zeppelin tribute band). We had 10 guests and everyone e joyed their experience . These brunch events are crowed so MAKE A RESERVATION to get the most of your visit. Great venue with elevated stage so any seat has a great view of the band. We are checking the website and planning out next visit soon.
Love these Rocking Sunday brunch shows! The bands are terrific, the food is great, the bottomless mimosas are an awesome value and it's just SO FUN!
Will be back again--The brunch with live music is such a great idea
Awesome show Zeppelin IV. Server and manager amazing.
Our waitress, Erica, was so attentive and sweet. The manager was working his butt off and making sure everybody was good. The entertainment was awesome. We'll be back for sure.
We made reservations one hour prior to an event next door. We were told there would be plenty of time to eat, pay, and then walk over. We ordered our food, but it never came. The place was not terribly busy, but our server kept telling us the kitchen was backed up. After waiting over 30 minutes we cancelled the order and walked out (we only received two glasses of water, so we didn't have unpaid food). We were seated next door, and ordered food there - same kitchen, same food, order arrived in ten minutes. The tables were very sticky too; we're not going back to CB.
Happy hour and dinner at Copper Blues before a comedy show at Stand Up Live. Service was so-so (clearly short-staffed). Server was nice, but clearly stretched too thin. Drinks were outstanding. I was EXTREMELY disappointed to see the lack of vegetarian-friendly main dishes. They used to serve a very good veggie-burger, but now it's all meat, meat and more meat. No more flat breads, and not even a grilled veggie sandwich. I'm not sure why they did this, but I sadly won't be back until there's at least one option for me.
Beer menu inaccurate, had to ask for silverware twice, salmon did not come on salad (showed after it was almost gone), was sat in front of the door they use to go in and out of the bar area (employees kept brushing against a chair someone was sitting in), and insincere concern for any of the above.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the live band was outstanding! Also, the food was worth every bite!
Place was great as always but I haven't been for months and still no dancing ???? We and the people around us were talking and complaining that is seemed to get hotter as the evening went on. People were fanning themselves and it felt like 80 degrees plus so many people left early was there a issue with the AC
Excellent band!!! Would diffently go again!! Food was fine typical menu.
Very live and engaging Karaoke. Perfect crowd with a lot of space. . .
Sunday Brunch was AWESOME. Friendly service. "Instant Classics" played great music straight through with no breaks for 2+ hours. Will definitely return in the future.
Great music and atmosphere.
Brunch was very good!
The music was fabulous. The atmosphere was definitely fun fun fun! They may need to expand on their brunch menu just a bit.
Brunch food was amazing. Our server was spot on with keeping us provided with food & drinks in a very timely manner. The band, Voyager was amazing!! Very good experience!
Solid spot especially for live music. Food isn't exceptional but definitely good enough to enjoy with a couple brews or cocktails.
