My husband called to find out about seating and was told to make reservations in which we did but when we got there we were told there are no reservations, seat yourself. Lack of service , food was disappointing. I ate 3 bites of my salad and a few pita bread with the tasteless hummus. Send the Mac m cheese back it was dry no flavor and cold to boot. No silverware or napkins provided .Never again would we waste our time or money. It’s rather eat fast food then come back to this place .

"I love the relaxed feel of this place – like a comfortable dining room in with friends at home. I definitely would return to try more shows. The burgers are amazing, and the fries are big and crisp. The portions were great, everything meshed well. Everyone loved the show; the performers were friendly; wines and special drinks were affordable."

We made a reservation at 4:00 try this place for the 1st time before going to the Suns game, and when we arrived, no one was there to greet us. The place was very empty and not a lot of customers. We stood outside at the hostess table for 10 minutes. An employee walked by and said Hi, but just kept on walking away and never stopped. I walked inside to get the attention of someone and saw a bartender walking by. I asked him about our reservation and if we could be seated. He told us “no one will be there to seat you” and pointed and said, “those tables over there are for reserved…just sit anywhere and grab a table”. I asked him if they would be aware where we were sitting so we could get service. He responded, “someone will serve you” and walked away from us. We walked around and found a table and sat ourselves. After sitting for 15 minutes with no menus and not even a glass of water, a table of 6 women were brought by a hostess to be seated next to us. A server came right up behind the hostess and immediately gave them menus and took their drink orders. Multiple servers and employees were walking by us and saw us the entire time and no one bothered to ask us if we had service. After almost 25 minutes I saw 2 servers standing at the bar just chatting. I went over to them and asked if we could get some menus and drinks. She was very polite and apologized and we got our menus. A different server then came within a minute right away and wanted our food order. My drink was really good. I had the Cactus margarita, but the food was just so so. We ordered quesadillas and nachos. The quesadillas were a little on the overcooked side and extremely crunchy like a potato chip, and the nachos were burnt on the corners. All in all, I would give them another chance despite all. The ambience was great, and it seemed like a fun place to eat before the Suns game. I feel a second chance is always deserving, but if the same experience happens, then we definitely will not be back.

We had a party of 11 for the Jimmy Buffet pre-game before the concert at Footprint Center and it was Awesome. We had such a great time. Highly recommend reservations first tho. Our waitress was awesome. The food was delicious and hot. And the band was entertaining and appropriate for the pregaming!!! 💜💙💚

We arrived on time for our reservation but when we checked in we were told that we would be seated as soon as they can. There were other people standing around as well without reservations. It seems that some of those v without reservations were seated before us. We had a concert to go to and the place was packed Abe no one was leaving. My husband spoke to the manager and we were finally seated. Granted there v was a Concert and that was one of the reasons they were busy but you don’t seat people without reservations before those that do have a reservation and they’re on time. It is so noisy you can’t hear yourself think let alone hear the person your with! Our pizza was good but we won’t be returning.

They only had 2 waitresses working for a busy night. Took 30 minutes to have anyone take our order. Never had time to stop and check on us during meal. Never had time to get us a second drink. I took my mom and sister here and they loved it. Live music is always fun. The only issue we had was our server. She started really nice and as time went on she was not very pleasant towards us. It could have been cause they were extremely busy so I get it.

We went Saturday night and yes I know it was busy with music fest going on, but I was impressed they sat us 30 min before our reservation. However No one brought us water or came over and I had to ask someone twice to get service. No empathy from anyone and just seemed like they didn’t care. If drinks took 30 min we didn’t want to wait for food so we had one drink and we closed out. I know everyone works hard but you should still be inviting at least.

Food came out cold for half the ppl (14 of us total), took forever to get our food. 70% of the population has a gluten sensitivity or actual celiac and there are barely any options for this. No corn chips, no corn tortillas, no pizzas or buns. The server had couldn't answer any questions about the menu. One person ordered a pepperoni pizza, never showed up and she didn't say a word until he asked where his food is that she told him they ran out of pizza shells!

Originally made the reservation to check out a comedy show next door. Impressed with the live music playing 80s hits. Our server had great service and took care of us. We had a basket of fries and chicken quesadillas. The food came out quick and had lots of flavor. To drink I had a moscow mule and a green tea shot. Overall we had an amazing time and will be back to visit.

Our server really needs a pad of paper and a pen. The restaurant was not very busy, but despite this, we had to reorder a beer 3 times, we had no silverware or napkins when our food arrived & we had to ask for this twice, and 3 out of the 4 items we ordered were wrong. We had the wrong salad delivered to us too, which they just left for us, and then they charged us for it. The bills were split between 2 parties and we had to correct it twice. All in all, it was a pretty poor experience. However, the food was okay, even though we had to pick onions off of one item, and flag down another server for dressing on the correct salad once it finally arrived 15 min after the other food. We will probably not go there again.

Attended the famous Drag Brunch. While the entertainment was thoroughly enjoyable and funny (as expected), the food arrive cool (not even like warm) and it took Forever for cocktail service. No excuse for either issue…it wasn’t that busy…staff was just in no hurry to provide customer service.
